Based pretty obviously on Solidus snake (AKA Former President George Sears) this ulysses Is infact a mutant with a reccently activated dormant abilities that have not yet come into there own, though have granted him a halted ageing process that has managed to keep him in his physical prime even if he does look a little worn on the surface. the character is ultimately an idealist and his formidible weapons are used as only a last resort. As stated he's a former Prime minister, bringing the status up to 3 and the wealth along with it would more accurately present him in power. but that would be a whole kettle of cuttlefish on its own. repairing his suit is something beyond his capabilities so id suggest buying the indestructible modifier as soon as you're able if you don't want to be using your connections for it. We Prevail again this time entirely.> flicking his antenna again and summoning a twisting double helix of orange-gold from bellow one of the lesser drones poised to drill upwards and core it like an apple.

And blow a hero point to surge and blast at one of the drones. because i feel that attacking the big one is largely pointless but something moon-moth would do. 1d20+8=22 If it matters any, the first blast is descriptor of Negative Energy and the second is supernal fire.

Built with his smart-guy hat as his strongest and most favored option, he can still box with the best of regular men and hobnob well enough to avoid ostricization from the circles he finds himself drawn into, don't be afraid to throw your weight around with wealth as well. you have practicaly unlimited funds for "mundane" items, fly a new plane to every country! own a private island. practicaly anything that money can buy and his mind can invent. Consider picking up speed of thought if he does become more combatively orientated, along with masterplan, leadership and inspire. maybe graduate him into full power armour when he feels that his simple equipment will no longer suffice (taking on a country entire is hard work! even for him.) Id also be disappointed if he's not played as the largest ham in the land.

Due to the extensive and diverse capabilities of the various suits of power armour it has been decided that a quick reference categorization would be beneficial in helping field agents make tactical decisions regarding combatants. Size Catagory Used as an identifier to help differentiate between different models of similar armour this number comes first, as it is the most apparent physical characteristic of the armour, agents should note that size is not and should not be taken as a threat level assessment. Small armours have been known to carry powerful weapons miniaturized to an astonishing degree as have immense exo-frames proven far swifter and more graceful than expected by our engineers. 0: Generally around 5'6-6'4, these armours contain very little excess bulk and are generally exoskeletons worn by humans or piloted by beings of smaller stature. 1-4: 7'-10' tall. Not a lot to really say, this version of ulysses has swapped his quirks for sheer power both offensive and defensive, more unto a train given the shape of man than a man given the strength of a train.

Feeling his neurons firing with the familiar tingle of synapses psychic influence as the wall of red passes over him he can't help but smile, it felt good to know there was someone out their so much stronger than himself in-case his lodger got axe happy again and if he was honest he was slightly vindictive towards those silvery sods for zapping him and took pleasure in watching them crumple under the tidal wave of mental energy. looking back to call out to the professor however he sees it wasn't quite a total wipe out and rocks in, striking the disfigured and frazzled drone on the back of its neck with a audible crunching of its armour and following through with a lariat to its partners chest cavity, caving it with the force of the blow. "You allright proff? Whatever that thing they did to me is, its pretty nasty." he says with empathy even as he manoeuvres to provide support to the dazed cybernetic centaur.
