  1. "Sure." Another sip of coffee. It was more comfortable temperature, so he got some more in now. "Its how it goes. Try to take a break, go watch a game or go to a party or something, then you're just asking for someone to rob a bank or a giant monster to walk down the street. Just how it goes." He emptied the cup and looked around a bit. No bin in sight. Figures. "Eh, I'm just the friendly neighborhood Ghost. Might've been around a while, but not like I'm some big shot Freedom Leaguer, right? Now you've got to have some good stories. I mean, helping out with evacuations and space wars and everything? I'm just dealing with stuff here in Freedom."
  2. Flash of light, and they were back? Pan hardly had time to make plans for all the lost boys and girls inside Danica's shell before Lucy continued its rampaging, putting Danica on top and trying to grasp him. Pan twisted to the side of the large trunk, waving a finger at the elephant while he grinned. "No, no, I do not think so, my suddenly animated friend." His eyes locked with the elephant's as he hang in mid-air before it. "So, tell me, what are you? Are you anything at all?"
  3. Pan is going to attempt to read Lucy's mind to see if she's really alive or just animated. Also, grapple immunity!
  4. GM "That's Justice, boss!" one of the fliers shouted to the red Ultio. Ultio Red grimaced, pointing at Justice. "Jimmy, May, Tanya! Stop that knock off! The rest of you keep going at the target! I'm gonna get those points!" Moving in close, she raised her right hand, releasing a powerful blast, only to move her hand away at the last second when the armored Ultio up close moved in the way. "Get out of the way Bill!" Jimmy and May, the two fliers, flew at Justice, while Tanya started blasting with lasers. First the laser connected, then the two fliers swooping in punched, only to see their hits deflected by Justice's armor. Up close with Ultra Girl, Bill, the heavily armed Ultio, remained in melee, punching at Ultra Girl's cuts, while the last standing Ultio on the scene fired a smoke bomb around Ultra Girl, Ultio Red and Bill, covering them in heavy smoke.
  5. Justice With a roar from the Law Rider, Justice came riding around the corner, screeching along the ground, driving at full speed towards the group. She was in her red, grey and pink uniform, her domino mask hidden behind her bike helmet in the same color scheme. She should be well enough known around EC to be recognized by now. Alright, these Ultio jerks were absolutely ganging up on Ultra Girl, kicking and punching at her. No way Robin would let that happen! "HENSHIN!" Steering with her left hand, she reached down with her right to click the button on her belt, the amulet swirling to life with pink energies swirling around. All around her, small rainbow colored portals opened up, bits and pieces of armor flying out and connecting all over her body, the helmet being the final part. She was heavily armored by now, quickly throwing her hand out to reach into a portal and pulling out a somewhat oversized gun, the Justice Buster. Quickly taking aim, she fired at one of the fliers, just a low powered warning blast, condensed air. It bounced off the armor, but at least it got their attention. "Leave her alone!"

Normal Vision obscure effect, lasting 3 rounds Tank tries to punch Ultra Girl again: 21. That's a hit, give me a DC21 TOU save.   8. @Nerdzul I've listed the effects on suffocating on the list. You will have to make a DC10 Con Check on Red's turn to recover and have some penalties, including only being able to either use a standard or move action on your turn.   9. Nevermore II "Sheesh, thought he'd never leave." The voice came from above, up in the tree. A teen around Elena's age, with short red hair. He was quite good looking, something about the grin plastered over his lips as he stood and balanced on one of the branches. He wore a pair of jeans with holes at the knees, a red t-shirt with a speech bubble with a big exclamation mark and a rather well-worn and used denim jacket over it. He leapt from the branch, performing a spinning side-flip in mid-air on the way down and landed in front of Elena with a bow and a grin. "Hey, I'm Charlie. I guess I'm supposed to give you the grand tour."

  11. GM Claremont Academy February 5th, 2021 Afternoon Coach Armstrong was pacing around in front of a tree at Claremont, looking at his watch. Elena was already there. She had been at Claremont for a few days now, getting papers and everything in order for staying ever since her rather explosive arrival. "Damn kid was supposed to be here by now..." Elena could stay at Claremont for now. If they hadn't been able to figure out a way to get her home by the next semester, she could join the school by then. Even if she was certainly experienced, she didn't know much about this world. She was hardly the first interdimensionally or chronologically challenged student at Claremont, and she would probably not be the last. So the school had chosen a student to show her around Claremont, give her the big tour of everything. And he was late. "Listen, I need to go, got an appointment I can't miss, just... wait right here, and he'll show up. Or go find some other teacher if he's not here in 15 minutes, alright?" Shaking his head and muttering something about a dumb kid, Armstrong marched off, leaving Elena alone by the tree.
  12. GM Freestyle's eyes went wide when the blow connected, stumbled forward and then... whirled around on her skates, throwing a disk towards Chimera. It went wide, flying past Chimera's head and exploded behind her, close enough that she could feel the heat behind her. "But you make it so easy, hon!" Continuing the movement, never really stopping, Freestyle turned to run again, running up another building on campus.

  14. GM "AAAH! It burns! SWARM THEM!" The Beekepper moved around in a panic, frantically trying to put out the fire that Nightscale had started, patting at his uniform and rolling to try and stop it. From somewhere within the shadows where he hid, the man in red fired a capsule at Nightscale's mouth. It exploded, forcing the large dragon to breathe in a dark red cloud.

  16. Nevermore II "What do you want me to do? Go block the door and have them shoot at me? Come on, they'll just shoot me through the door." Charlie reached into his briefcase while he was talking, pulling out a tripwire. It was probably a good thing Kamala wasn't looking right now. "I'll just hide over here, hope they don't see us, and, shout and get shot if they do?" He threw the tripwire trap out near the door, hoping to hde it from Kamala with his talking, then quickly moved to anywhere that he could hide inside the room.

Not everyone deserves the help that we can provide. Some will use it, some will abuse it. Some will try to trick you, to twist the good you try to do. That does not mean you should stop trying."
  20. GM "Figures..." Freestyle mumbled to herself, turning around and moving backwards just in time to catch Chimera's wings. "Still too slow! Let me know if you want a rematch some other time, cus I'm outta here!" She turned back and rushed across the campus, laughing all the while.

  23. GM The two guards turned just as the Steel Spider pulled his target to the ceiling and secured him. They only just missed seeing, well, anything. "Hey, where'd Ben go?" one of them asked the other, who just shrugged in response. "Went to take a leak, maybe?" The first of the guards seemed to accept that, before he moved ahead, just under Steel Spider, the other watching him.

Speaking of, I forgot to make Chump's recovery check due to his Regeneration power before Chump's recovery vs. DC10: 13 The bruise is healed! Note that I rolled the TOU save below before remembering that recovery save, so the Bruise was applied to the actual roll. I've just increased the end result by 1 to make up for it.
