Ruby rolled her eyes as she holstered her nano-pistol. "Fine. Though the thing matches the description of the case Tiggs was hauling." She said as she attempted to hook her wrist bound computer witha small extendable cable. A holographic screen appeared in the air as she started navigating the ethereal User Interface while working with the recorders hardware. "Now eyes to the door. This is gonna take longer now you got me digging though it and I would not be surprised if Zauls thugs got word out to the cavalry. Medical is not cheap or in easy reach out here." The bounty hunter continues as she went on with her task.

A sense of foreboding started to creep up one Ruby as the adrenaline from the fight before started to fade. "Its always the simple jobs isn't it?" She said as she observed the cold, sterile rooms and went deeper still in the facility. ​"Starts with chasing after some idiot who nicked off with something valuable and you end up-" She paused as she stumbled on the mass surveillance equipment and what she could guess was the plans. "...Over your head." She concluded .The bounty hunter sheathed her sword and started unhooking the recorder from the computer. "Someone keep watch on the door." She said as she continued with the disconnect. Only thing she could conclude from what she had seen so far was that Zaul was trying to make some cash off of their target. Although she suspected there was more to it than that.

Who she prefers still remain a matter of debate. Ruby thought as the ray of energy from Roulettes eyes sent the last guard flying before knocking him out cold. She did wonder briefly if she should alert someone to the food and medical supplies being hoarded here. Then of course she remembered that their payday was likely downstairs. One problem at a time. "Well then, lets keep moving." She announced as she dashed forward and headed down tot he stairs, gun still aimed at anything that might jump out and ruin her day.

Sorry, sickness and incredible neck pain has delayed me. Opening fire on the Lor Guard with her gun. Since its minions, take ten to fire on them DC23 toughness save if you are inclined to roll.

Ruby paused as she looked at the wreckage the cybernetic alien just caused. "...You are currently my favourite crew member Bliss." She finally said as she made a dash to right next to the smashed portal for cover. Peeking out from her spot, her HUD quickly made an update on the situation for her. Only two? Well they are not the Deimos gang, that's for certain. She thought as she leaned out of cover and took aim at the Lor guard and fired her nano slug right into his chest. Thankfully she had remembered to put the gun in non-lethal mode. He wasn't going to die but it was going to sting a lot.

"Bloody hell..." Ruby grumbled as the Broan spotted them. She was hoping for a little more time to get ready, but once again fate had other ideas. Not even something simple goes right. Scowling a bit behind her helmet, she charged forward just behind the cybernetic gladiator. She ran just past her before turning on the spot and bringing her strange blade down on the guard. While it looked like it hurt, she could tell it would require one more good blow before the alien was down and out.

Ruby runs and attempts to make some sword attacks. Because in hindsight, shooting into melee rarely ends well. Using Orokos since IC seems to be down at the moment And she gets a...28! DC25 toughness check to not feel a thing.

For quite some time now, Riff has been more or less unattached to any superhero team in the game and to be honest Riff not the sort of person that works well as a solo hero. Hes a Musician that plays Rock and Metal after all, he's at his best when hes in a band and not a solo act. Since I've been informed that there are a few superheros floating around that are currently unaffiliated who are not A ) Teenagers part of Next Gen or B ) Off in space having space adventures with all the other space teams, I thought I would check over here and see if there was any interest in a shiny new superhero team!* So , who is interested? *Name of superhero team still pending and is subject to change.

Ruby smiled as she tapped something near her collar. "Plans don't normally survive contact with the enemy Turk. Direction helps though." She said just as her head was slowly consumed by black tar and vines of pure gold come to life before warping and hardening into the familiar appearance of her helm that haunted her companions for so long. Her heads up displace lit up and already started analyzing and displaying information about her surroundings. "Finesse Bliss, I didn't say a thing about playing it quiet. Never goes well when we do." The bounty Hunter said with a shrug as she took the bottle from bliss and put it down on the ground. "I'll give you support if it looks like he's gonna pull something surprising on you. Otherwise I'm making a dash for his little hideout." With that said, Ruby drew both her sword and her pistol.

Poor GPS positioning and a map marked by a Grue that assumed everyone knew what he was referring to. Considering some navigational conditions Ruby had to work with in the past, this was easy. There was a few moments the crowds nearly threw her off course, but she managed to find her way though the teeming masses to their destination. Switching off her wrist comp and the map, she sized up the situation. It took her a moment before she shrugged and turned to the others. "Right, So how do you lot want to do this then? Go in loud or do we do this with a bit more...finesse than usual?" It was always nice to know what everyone else was gonna do before everything went to chaos.

"Oh please, you've demolished more buildings that some warzones I've seen." The Bounty Hunter said with a roll of her eyes. She distinctly remembered some of them being brought down on her head back when she was chasing after Roulette. "I was gonna anyway." Ruby replied as she rose from the bar and moved over to the Grue for the map. "Speaking of going, I think we can skip the drinks for now." As much as she wanted one herself, work like this requires a sober mind. Good aim would come in use as well but that was something of a given seeing what they were going to be doing.

Ruby turned her head to the door as Bliss reappeared. "And here I was starting to wonder if I should send a search party." She said with a slight smirk before turning back to the main conversation. The bounty hunter honestly did not know if she would have taken that literally. Bliss and her species was still something of an unknown quantity in her life. That should be remedied eventually. "That seems to be the story going on around the galaxy from what I've been hearing." Was all she had to offer the in reply before slipping back into silence. As much as she would like to start dwelling on the galactic thread treading through the cosmos, there was still the possibility of making bank on the job at hand. At least she did not have to work the room for intel for a change.

"Some time huh?" Ruby said as she tapped her wrist comp, the displace shutting down. The lack of money from either someones head or secondary contracts was already starting to irritate the bounty hunter. The fact the bartender apparently ignored her drink order did little to improve her disposition on the matter. She raised her eyebrow when the patron revealed his true nature. "Bit far from the Unity." She muttered to herself. Other than that slip from her lips, Ruby decided to stay quiet and let Roulette continue on. Turk seems to have things on track...So far anyway.

"Well thats some impressive tech..." Riff drifted off as he noted Monument's armor. He did admit, he was a bit intimidated by it. Of course the fact he faced down worse at least reduced whatever fear factor he felt. "Anyway. Probably should take down their spellslinger first if we get the chance. You know, between fighting the several tons of of mobile steel and servos along with Creepy Crawler here." He said with a nod to the image of Redback. He really did not have much else to impute beyond that for the moment. He waited to see what else Catherine and Sandra had to add to the whole discussion.

Ruby raised an eyebrow at Iqué's continued rage at Zaul. "Well, he really does sound like too much trouble for what he's worth." The bounty hunter said. The aliens actions and the amount of hate he had garnered among the locals did make her curious. "I think I will have a drink after all. You have any Aterian Mix?" She asked with a smile, while her fingers once more tapped at her wrist comp. The words "Know Bounties" could be seen faintly on the holo display by those that bothered to look. Her attention did not break away from the bartender. "So...This thorn in your side show up recently or has he been here for a while now?"

Apologies for vanishing. Internet for the whole neighborhood was spotty before giving out. Thankfully it seems to be holding for now. Giving some warning now just in case I cannot reply to threads. Stupid thunderstorms...

"Well its either here or out there." Ruby said as she started to relax near the bar. "And here is more appealing." She was surprised Roulette decided to go ahead and charge the sherrif, but then again audacity seemed to be Roulettes favorite place to be in. She nodded as he spoke to her. "Sounds like a plan. Besides, I've been meaning to see how you work anyway." She replied as she leaned against the bar and watched on. "By the way, you have a list I can look at or are you got nothing but surprises for me?" Ruby asked Iqué.
