  1. Adam is just gonna run, well, fly. Two move actions towards the direction they came in from, hoping to find the exit back to their time.
  2. Adam arrived just in time to see everyone standing around. The ubersoldaten were all out. He sighed as he looked around. "I, I honestly don't know." He said, eyes cast down. His head hung low. "We have done more than would have been done if we had not arrived. We went up against freaking nazis. Nazi supervillains! We're alive, we saved people, we helped. Don't think of the people that died. Think of the people that would have died if we weren't here. There are tanks that won't kill another Allied soldier, and I imagine a couple of the ubersoldaten are out of commission for a few days, at least. That's good, right? We helped, right? Even if we didn't help everyone?" His voice wavered between confidence and the realization of what they had just gone through. He was tired, he wanted to find Lulu and just...melt with her, to relax with her, to let go of this experience and return home.
  3. Mali saw what they saw, and was more than a little suspicious. However, she'd ran into her own share of weirdos and oddballs in her time as a hero, and many of them were perfectly fine people. Still, she wanted to make sure things were on the up and up and looked subtly at Ashley and Farua. She signaled as if she said 'do you see that?'
  4. Adam heard his friend and closed distance with Madame Blitz. When he got there, he slammed his fist into the side of her head. Yet, despite the force of his blow, she was still on her feet. "You've got nothing left in you, nazi." Adam growled with a surprising amount of venom. "You are defeated, lay down." "Pan, you should head to the church. I'm sure they could use your particular brand of help." He said, eyeing his new foe. Hopefully, she wouldn't take much more to put down. She looked barely conscious as it was.
  5. "No problem!" Mali said with a broad smile. "Glad someone is having fun tonight." She took the phone from Ashley's hands. She was familiar enough with the model to figure out what to do, and took a couple of steps back. She could tell that the two of them were really enjoying themselves, and focused more on their happiness and less on her orneriness. "Smile!" She said, taking the picture before handing the phone back. "Looks like you two are having a great time."
  6. Mali shrugged. "I'm currently starting up my own physical therapy business. It's been a rough time. Not that I can't handle it, but there are permits and all sorts of other stuff to worry about. It's been a hassle." She leaned forward. "IT, huh? I don't consider myself a fool, but I never had much of a head for stuff like that. Gimme something to do with my hands and I'm a bit better. I went into sports medicine because I'm a fitness nut." She leaned back in a relaxed posture. "Though I've heard IT has it's own stress."
  7. Mali has +12 sense motive and it's with skill mastery, so assume a DC of 22 for any lie he might try to spin. She's slightly suspicious because of his odd manner of speaking, but she has no reason to analyze him necessarily.
  8. Mali placed her jacket on the chair and sat down across from Davyd. She imagined he may have never met anyone like her before. She figured he may not be old enough to drink, but it wasn't her job to judge, and she'd make sure he'd be okay. Even if it meant getting him back to, well, wherever he was from. She didn't bring her bike, it was too cold. She'd make sure he was okay. "Nice to meet you, Mr. Attorney. I'm here to take a break and enjoy my evening. What about you? My name is Mali. It's Thai."
  9. Crimson Tiger Mali Benjawan walked in from the cold. She was wearing her black leather motorcycle jacket, a tank top and a pair of jeans. She had a studded leather belt and had recently had her hair cut in a stylishly short pixie cut. "Good evening." She said with a smile. She walked up to the bar. "Can I get a bloody mary?" She looked over at Davyd and said nothing, but she did raise an eyebrow at his attempt to buy booze. "I don't know how old you are, but there's no way you're older than me. I don't mean to be rude, sorry." She took off her jacket and looked at it. "Anywhere I can hang this up?" She asked.
  10. Adam took advantage of the wolf's helpless state to finish things up. With his opponent unconscious, Adam considered his next move. The church, he knew, was the center of everything. The nazis were focusing their efforts there, and he imagined the rest of the Ubersoldaten were likely gathered there. He didn't know why they had been sent here, but there were people to help and there was evil to fight. That's all Adam needed to know. He'd bound after the rest of them and help finish this fight.
  11. "I don't think I have anything to contribute." Adam admitted. "I'm sure you can handle this on your own. I promise I won't say anything, but I think I'm going to sit this out." It was only a bit of mischief, he knew, but he didn't have anything he could do and he really, really didn't want to get in trouble for helping. Mostly he didn't want to have to deal with his parents, or Lulu. Lulu would respect his decision to walk out of the plan. It wouldn't be in character for him to do something like this. He couldn't convince Pan of anything, and he didn't know Eira well enough to try, so it was really in his best interest to walk away. Besides, the less he knew, thee less he could reveal if the headmistress broke him and made him confess. She was scary enough to succeed.
  12. "In for what, exactly? If we're alone enough to avoid prying eyes and ears, I feel like I deserve an explanation for why you wanted us here. I won't say anything to anyone after I leave, but that doesn't mean I'll go along with it. I'm confused and curious, at best." He glanced down at Eira and folded his arms. He was no fool, and he wasn't going to go along with anything if he didn't understand it, or it's risks.
  13. Specimen is gonna power attack for 5 14 That should hit, DC35 TOU save. Since everyone is already heading for the church, Adam will at his earliest opportunity if the wolf is out. I doubt he can on this action even if he does knock the wolf out with this attack without burning an HP.
  14. "Oh, I identify as a human." Adam said with a shrug and a smile. He appreciated that she was open minded about things. He hoped that Eira wasn't going to try and get Pan in trouble. After their little chat he would have to pull Pan aside and try to convince him that there are plenty of ways to have fun that don't involve risk of suspension or expulsion. He knew his friend had an exuberance and a lust for adventure, he just hoped to temper that exuberance with some caution.
  15. "Well it wasn't a brain transplant, it was that he was planning to ask a psychic to implant his mind into my brain, somehow. I don't even know how that works. As for plasticity, well, I have that in abundance. Apparently my mind is super-absorbent when it comes to information. My creator was apparently trying to make sure he could retrain or relearn anything that got lost in the transfer." "He died, though, and his notes on how he planned things to go were sparse. So I have no idea if what I'm saying is true, it's just conjecture."
  16. "I, um, I appreciate the offer, and that's all I'll say about that." He blushed, and then rolled up his sleeve. His arms were a crisscross of scar tissue, some of it discolored in ways that made him look stitched together. "I was constructed in a lab by a scientist that wanted to use me as a replacement body. He died before he could put his mind in me, and I somehow woke up on my own. I was missing several organs and my limbs were badly deformed, so he resorted to growing clone tissue replacements and stitching them together. That's how I'm strange." His voice was even, conversational, and not at all accusatory or angry. He said it in an entirely matter-of-fact tone. He figured if Eira wasn't exactly normal, he could be comfortable explaining his 'strangeness' to her.
  17. Adam chuckled. "That must come in handy. I just wanted to introduce myself. Lulu suggested I introduce myself, and I agree." He smiled politely. "I love it here. I don't feel so strange around the other students." She could probably tell that he had a lot of scarring on his arms if she cared to look closely. He was trying his best to read the situation, to determine if he should continue talking with Eira, or leave her be. Though he also wondered what exactly Pan would do, and whether he'd need to stick around to help him.
  18. Adam was better at social situations than he had been, but he had started out entirely pathetic. Still, he had a girlfriend, he had friends, and he was secure in himself. He had a D&D game, if semi-regular, and he was friends with some pretty cool people. So, when he decided that he'd go with Pan to introduce himself to the new girl (and Lulu's roommate) he was able to swallow his nerves, mostly, and just go say; "Hi." He waved, as he could hear the music. "I'm Adam, you must be Eira, Lulu's roommate."
  19. Adam nodded politely. Megan was nice and polite, and Adam had no reason to be anything else. "Nice to see you too. Should I go say hi, or just leave him be?" Adam knew Lulu was technically the one in charge, here, but he figured she would prefer if he went to see him. He was going to try to balance the awkwardness between Lawrence and Lulu. He was a massive science geek. Both a massive geek and pretty massive in general.
  20. Specimen took advantage. He was not the best trained, as his hits were wild and wide. Yet, there was a lot of power in his fists and with die Walküre, he could really put some weight behind his blow. He ducked slightly, coiled his body, and slammed his fist straight into her chin. She took off into the air, flying at least a hundred feet into the air before vanishing beyond the nearby buildings. "I just knocked an Ubersoldaten out cold." He said scanning the area. "Now for the other one." He said, preparing to help Pan with his wolf problem.
  21. Gonna punch her again. Power attacking for 3, 22 That looks like a crit. Power attack is +3 and crit is +5, so DC38 TOU save.
  22. Adam took her hand and smiled. "Not everyone gets along with everyone else, Lulu. That's okay." He tugged her into a brief hug. "You're okay, it'll be fine. And if it's awkward for a bit, it's awkward. Take it from me, there are far, far worse things to be than awkward." As for the science stuff, that much was true. He found that he was insatiable when it came to learning.
  23. Adam wore a pair of cargo shorts and a black t-shirt. He was very self-conscious, but it was either that, or suffer in the heat. He was a fastidious eater, always conscious of his movements and eager to prove that his lack of physical grace didn't mean a lack of social grace.. He ruminated on the ship while he ate. He anticipated that his powers could prove useful in this situation. He was pretty sure he could handle the dive with or without equipment, for example. "Fascinating." he mumbled to himself. He was eager to see what was down there, and also afraid that his strength would prove overwhelming. He needed to be extremely careful around the wreckage.
