  1. Wisp's going to power stunt a Corrosion 7 effect off her teleport array. 1d20+9=25 That's a DC 17 fort save, DC 22 toughness.
  2. Vicky ran across the rooftops of the warehouses down by the docks, enjoying the feel of a good run in the muscles of her legs, her long white hair pulled back in a braid that swung with every stride. Across each gap she'd dive forward before teleporting safely across the gap, rolling forward or landing in a handspring and continuing forward when she heard the scream. As she rushed towards the source she saw Cannonade bounding in the same direction a few roofs away. In a puff of her trademark smoke, Wisp stood next to him, opposite the side Push and his motorcycle stood. "I'll take that bet," the teen said with a smirk. "So..., did anyone else see Dead Snow and is now having flashbacks?"
  3. Yes, I apologize for not getting to this sooner, this week has been... abnormal to say the least. I'll have Vicky's post up shortly.
  4. Indeed. I don't speak nearly enough Russian to run Wisp without one.
  5. Russian translation, "You know,"Wisp growled in her mother's native Russian before planting a boot in the other woman's stomach, "You picked the wrong damn town to traffic your crap through."
  6. In a mass burst of her multicolored smoke, Wisp shot around the battlefield, delivering a series of painful strikes to Natasha's men while delivering a few more towards the woman in the battlesuit. "Ð’Ñ‹ знаете," Wisp growled in her mother's native Russian before planting a boot in the other woman's stomach, "Ты выбрал неправильный проклÑтый город, чтобы ваш трафик через дерьмо."
  7. Not if they're already down but Natasha should have been in the Radius.
  8. 1d20+13=26 Wisp is going to be using the AP of her teleport, targeting any of the Russians still vertical. That's a base DC 22 attack with Autofire (1) 7 giving Wisp up to an additional +3 to the save DC.
  9. Wisp watched as the Russian gun run went to utter bedlam. Taking advantage of the chaos she put forth an effort of will and in a puff of sanguine and ivory smoke she was suddenly next to the second man who tried to shoot her friend. "Ðет, нет, Ñ‚Ñ‹ Ñтого не делают," she growled while throwing a punch directly at his face.
  10. Translation for Wisp's Russian, "No, no you don't." 1d20+13=23
  11. 1d20+7=9 Some speedster Wisp is .
  12. Vicky looked at the floor and shuffled her feet. "Actually, I do need to go. I need to sign for some, ah, damage I accidentally caused in one of the science labs. Thankfully the flash-bang didn't ruin much but those windows did need replacing..."
  13. Wisp's jaw dropped in shock as she saw Brian walk onto the improvised air-strip and started talking about buying weapons as if he were some gang enrolled punk. Well, at least I know I'll have a hand I know I can count on when things get going, she thought to herself, holding her breath and remaining as still as she could, hidden in her perch.
  14. Wisp gave a sheepish smile, "Appreciated and I owe ya. And you're right, it feels like a super-hero version of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. I know once I'm out of high school, I'd like to think I'd do the same." Wisp had to all but bite her tongue to keep from making a comment on the youthfully alluring part that might make woman uncomfortable, not knowing how she'd react to a flirty, if even in mild jest, comment by a girl not even out of high school. Looking around the back seat she added, "You know, if this were an action movie, there would probably be a terrorist or random criminal one of us has wronged aiming at us with a RPG. Or, maybe I've watched too many Michael Bay movies..."
  15. Wisp sat in her nest in a tell tree, double checking the email her mother had sent her, entirely in Russian. "Vicky, one of my old 'coworkers' in the Committee for State Security has recently resurfaced. My contacts believe he will be bringing in at minimum three shipments of weapons for leaders of the Russian Mob. If you can disable them and call in the police, please do. Love, Mom. Vicky watched the planes come in and the criminal types begin to talk deal. She waited, biding her time for the right moment to strike as the mobsters talked.
  16. Wisp slipped out of the vehicle in a puff of ivory and crimson smoke, stretching when she reappeared outside. It was odd flying to Haiti with several strangers but knowing she'd be helping people is why she'd signed up for the trip at Claremont. When they had landed she had all but kissed the ground, her dislike of flying being that strong. Adjusting her T-shirt and carpenter's jeans she moved over to the back of their ride to start unloading tools and the coolers.
  17. Vicky's face blushed furiously at her date's compliment, not too long ago she'd have never believed she'd have a date with one person who looked as good as Morgan, let alone two who were as fine as him and Janis. "I'm gonna keep hoping for a nice quiet date tonight. Bluesmobile with Time Lord tech in the back seat aside, normailty would be...," the fact she's on her first polyamorus date suddenly dawned on her, "Nevermind."
  18. Ignore the second two rolls. I screwed that up. 15+9=24 Stealth, 14+10=24 Notice
  19. Vicky nodded, "I've been looking for somebody to go patrolling with if you guys would like to go out again in costume another night. And on a side note Jan, I've read some of the 'horror stories' some of the of dates gone wrong. I'm actually expecting some party crashers in the mall tonight. Hoping for the best, planning for the worst and all that." "Of course, given how tonight's starting, which would be wonderfully, we'll have some space pirate or alien princess crash into the mall and fall instantly in love with one or more of us...," she added with a laugh.
  20. Heck Doc, I'd go with all of the above in waves .
  21. Wisp: *signs on the dotted line*
  22. Vicky blushed profusely at the comment, "No, it wasn't just me. They picked a bad time. Citizen, Crusader, and Cannonade were in the same car as I was. I will admit I fared pretty well given the circumstances. I missed the local papers' writeups on the event. Any of them use a line along the lines of 'Snakes on a Train'?" She leaned against the wall just inside the door waiting for Jan to join the mass trip to the office.
  23. Seeing the gears going in Grim's head, "If it weren't for that pesky high school student thing I'd get started on it now. But I'm pretty my parents would disown me if I dropped out of school. That and having the diploma will open a lot of doors when I try and get the business started up, nobody is going to sign a loan to a creditless, inexperienced, high school dropout." Wisp nodded at Sil's comments. "I can see where a set full of supers might prove too tempting a target. Though I'm sure there's some independent films that have used people with powers. People are just fascinated by the flashy costumes and fantastic abilities."
  24. Looking around at Corbin's comment on cleaning, she quirked an eyebrow. "Other than forgetting some books and dice in her desk, the place is pretty clean. Especially compared to last week before laundry day..." She set the books on top of her dresser and when she heard his whistle she felt her cheeks flush with embarrassment. "No joke. My personal best fourteen-hundred pounds but my arms were burning for days. These days I tend to keep it around nine-hundred or so. And yeah, there's a few snakemen who tried to take hostages on the subway last month that will agree with you," she finished with a smirk.
