  1. The door was opened by a little old Indian woman, who upon seeing Johnny, and without missing a beat called up the stairs. “Lucy it looks like someone for you.†A familiar voice drifted down the stairs. “Tell them I'm out.†The old woman sighed “They can hear you know.†“Well unless it Theda Bara tell them I'm not doing interviews.†The old woman looked apologetically at the confused young man. “I'm sorry she's been having a tough month†she dropped her voice conspiratorially “What with everything that happened last month...†Calling up to the Lucy “It's a young gentleman for your dear.†“Well why didn't you say just a minute...†There was a pause and the sound of someone scrabbling on the roof and then a pale face appeared over the roof of the three story brownstone. “O Romeo, therefore art thou.â€
  2. Well YB only wealth 1, but she could be volunteering her time as part of the evening entertainment.
  3. How wealth are you thinking of? YB got a bit of cash floating about...
  4. So Nora could recover her wounds just like herself, though it looked like Nora was some kind of cannibal vampire. Had anyone every though of something like that before. She was going to have to get her away from any source of blood or this could take all night. An idea formed in her mind, but first she had to get her away from the patch of blood “Please that just so undignified. And my skinny little bone wouldn’t provide any marrow at all although you’re welcome to try.†She raised her foot to give Nora a swift kick backwards.
  5. It's just to tempting. Oh well, foot meet face. Unarmed Strike : 1d20+10=16 Well maybe not that tempting.
  6. Okay time for the general check head still on, just, the stuff she was drinking must have been worse than the normal stuff. And she hadn’t been allowed to drink during her time in the states. Second edging out of bed she checked for any special marks or tattoos. And finally, though not necessary, a check if anyone else had spent the night with her. “I’m coming Mr Rattlepike, would you mind asking Mr Peabody to fix me a light breakfast on your way out?†Confidence in all thing that was what she was taught.
  7. She gave another of her friendly little smiles. “Of cause I’d be happy to help. As long as you’re okay, your health isn’t worth one of those little portable telephones.†Lucy move further into the alley scanning around for the poor woman’s lost purse. She wasn’t a generally a suspicious woman, even after all that happened to her over the last few months. But something was niggling at the back of her mind. If they were really after her why would they have snatched her bag? It was a little unfair to not trust someone she’d just saved from and attack, but better safe than sorry. She turned around to ask the woman about exactly what happened.
  8. k, DONE BY AA I'm using the update to do a mini update on the character, and fix a few minor error which crept in. Adjusted her height so all my character's arn't the same height. Added Dodge Focus 2 (which she should have had) and Attractive. Dropped Leadership and power Attack. Added 1 points of skill for Bluff 2 and Diplomacy 2. Dropped the Morph and made Immunity and Imp Toughness obvious. Finally dropped Nightmare's (which I kept forgetting to use) and One-Way transformation. pweh
  9. Revenant strolled into the factory with a look of total unconcern, if ever she was the noble creature that Nora feared this was the moment it showed. But only for a moment. “You know you really should have accepted my help and told me what I needed to know. I really didn’t want to hurt you.†She stopped and put her hand on one of the carcasses. “But now this is the only way it can end. Seeing as you crave raw meat so much.†With hardly any effort she gave the nearby carcass a push causing it to go crashing into its neighbor until a whole row of the corpses went crashing towards Nora.
  10. Okay I'll put this together in kit form. Basic Roll : 1d20=19 If it's ranged it's +7 (for a total of 26), if it's melee it's +8 (27). As it's just pure strength it would be a Tou save DC 23.
  11. Lucy carefully put the dumpster back down after making sure that the men had defiantly decided to leave her alone. That was almost too easy, should that worry her? So there was someone after her, it wasn’t a particularly long list and most of them favoured a more direct approach. Actually some would just try to trick her into an alley, but probably wouldn’t use hired thugs. But now was probably not the right time to worry about that. She bent down towards the woman trying not to appear to threating to the poor woman. “Hi there are you okay? Do you need any help?†giving her best friendly smile.
  12. Fort Save: 1d20+3=8, teach me to stay up late drinking with sailors!
  13. Giving a broad smile it was nice to have some good clean innocent fun, well almost innocent. “Well you heard the man. As you can see I am in great need of my beauty sleep.†She gave each of her sailors a kiss and a hug, politely ignoring the occasional wandering hand. “Night boys.†She gave a friendly wave a left in an exit which would have made her chorographer proud. As she got herself ready for bed she thought back on a long and eventful day. It was the kind of thing that made her want to write all he thoughts in a diary. Travelled to parallel universe which is all old and Victorian, which was v. good… Well maybe it needed a little work, she wasn’t exactly Helen Fielding.
  14. What do I need to roll to hit her with a carcass? They're there it has to be done .
  15. I'm going for an intmidation 1d20+3=19.
  16. My sing roll for the performance 1d20+7=25. She obviously cut out for music hall .
  17. Damn she was so busy try to pick up the conversation, and enjoying the drinks she hadn’t really managed to pick up on any of the tunes. Of cause Ada would have known them all, even the risqué ones. “Tell you what love.†she grabbed him and gently pulled him to her side “You start it off and I’ll join in.†she gave her best innocent look “If I know the words of cause.†Being sailors it was bound to be rude, they’d of cause try to embarrass her. And traditionally she’d blush and then come out with something even ruder. It was practically an East End tradition.
  18. She rolled her eyes at his comments; it was frustrating that some men hadn’t changed in the last 80 odd years. She gave the poor woman on the street a friendly look, trying to reassure her that she was here to help. “I’m sorry I don’t date garbage like you. Actually…†Without any apparent effort with just one hand she lifted one of the massive dumpsters sitting in the alley. Holding the dumpster above her head she put the other hand on her hip and gave a broad grin. “…It’s time to collect the trash.†She had to admit dealing with people like this was going to be enjoyable.
  19. She fixed Nora a look trying to judge the right time to strike, and also to see if her tactic would work. “No you right you need your strength, because you not really the masters the favourite. After all he went straight from you and made someone else.†She tried to smile, but there was something about Nora that was putting her off. She was having better luck judging Nora movements and at just the right time threw a punch straight through her defences, striking her on the left shoulder. “And it looks like he made the follow up better.†This time the smile was genuine.
  20. Gonna try a taunt as a move action 1d20+8-5=6, well that ain't going to work. Standard Attack 1d20+10=29, whilst that should.
  21. Resist the Intimidate 1d20+7=9, nope still Intimidated!
  22. When she first arrived in the states Agnes was worried that none of the American heroes would want anything to do with her. Of cause she soon found out that this was further from the truth. Now one of them wanted to compare notes about their powers. To them it might be a minor thing but this was a big deal to her, this was like being asked to jam with one of your musical heroes. She calmed herself inwardly, trying not to sound too much like a gibbering fan girl. “To be honest I hadn’t really noticed it, I just wanted to help. And I would love to meet up and compare notes Starlight.â€
  23. Lucy was beginning to enjoy herself sitting beside the King and Queen and enjoying the beginning of the show. Then of cause trouble started. Using language unbecoming a Lady she looked around for a weapon against the flying creatures. Already one of Freedom City’s many heroes had shown up, but she knew he would need some help against a couple of Dragons. The only thing close to hand was the chair she was sitting on, it was a wonderfully crafted thing and she felt a pang of guilt to what she was going to do to the poor thing. Grabbing the object she rushed to near the center of the arena before launching the chair towards the blue creature as if it weighed almost nothing. The object flew true striking the creature on the flank. "Hey Dragons this Fair Maiden is fighting back. Come and get some!"
  24. Revenant I'm literally grabbing what at hand and attacking the Ice Dragon Move Action : Grab Chair and move to the center of the arena Standard Action throw chair at Ice Dragon 1d20+7=24 That should be a hit that's a save vs DC 23.
  25. She raised the beer and presented it to the assembled pub goers. “Welcome one and all to this wonderful establishment. And well enjoy yourself.†She then sat down at the bar and allowed people to cluster in around her, something she got use to as her brief career as a star. It had also taught her another skill, she allowed herself to go on automatic listen and answering question in a polite yet polite manner. But mainly she was listening to the buzz of conversation going on around her, trying to hear anything useful. Oh and she was enjoying the pint, even if she was nursing it just a little.
