Move-by Action:  If he successfully takes down both of the Antibodies, he'll continue moving inside.  Trying to find the Antibodies who made it in.  If not successful, he'll still clear some distance, but keep them close enough so they could reach him (ie so he doesn't lose track of them).

Okay, some reinforcements arrive as two portals open, one in the air and one by the UNISON building and some figures emerge. 

One figure on the ground zips into the building after Foreshadow, easily passing the vigilante along the way. 

Another figure that emerged in the air flies up and takes 10 to blast one of the needle fighters.  The needle fighter fails its toughness save and is torn apart into dust. 

One of the figures on the ground moves toward the side of the building Ulysses and Chiron are at and fires an energy blast at one of the antibodies attacking Ulysses, taking 10 to hit, but the antibody just makes its toughness save. 

Another figure heads to the opposite side of the building, growing to over sixteen feet tall as he goes.  He uses accurate attack (-1/+1) to take 10 and hit an antibody attacking Coiled Lightning, which misses its toughness save. 

A winged figure flies from the portal and toward one of the needle fighters.  She will take 10 to hit it with a sword made of energy (power attack -1/+1), the fighter misses its toughness save. 

Another flying figure flies up and sends a jet of flame at one of the needle fighters, taking 10 to hit.  It misses its toughness save and explodes.

The needle fighter YB blasted just misses its toughness save.

Another figure flies out of the portal in the sky, flying over after the woman with the white wings and attacking a needle fighter with claws (taking 10 to hit).  The needle fighter misses its toughness save.

Another figure emerged from the portal on the ground and leapt through the air and toward one of the antibodies attacking Ulysses, power attacking (-2 atk/+2 dam) and Taking 10 to hit.  The antibody misses its toughness save. 

Professor Chiron takes 10 to hit one of the antibodies attacking him.  That antibody misses its toughness save as well.

And one more figure exits the portal on the ground, moving over to where Coiled Lightning and the giant are fighting.  He sends a blast of electricity out at some of the antibodies that have just landed, using power attack (-2 hit/+2 dam) and Taking 10.  He catches 12 antibodies in the blast and [url=http://orokos.com/roll/296032]only 2 make their saves. 

The antibodies are up now and adjusting to the new arrivals. 

The one on Ulysses attacks the new arrival, missing with a 18.  Another three rush over to her as well and attack, all missing as well. 

Two antibodies attack Chiron, 14, 20, so one hit.  Professor Chiron makes his toughness save with a 24. 

Two antibodies attack the other newcomer on that side of the fight as well, 13 and 26 so one hit.  The young man misses his save with a 17, so bruised and dazed. 

One antibody attacks Coiled, missing with a 15. 

There are only two other antibodies on that side close enough to get to anyone, and they rush the giant, both somehow missing.

Yama (who entered the building and passed Foreshadow) continues up the stairs and runs into four antibodies.  He will Power Attack (-2 atk/+2 dam) and Take 10 on the first one, using Takedown Attack if he succeeds.  All four miss their saves and go down. 

Radion will unleash a targeted area attack up into the sky at a swarm of approaching needle fighters, Taking 10 to hit.  10 needle fighters all miss their toughness saves and are destroyed. 

The needle fighters turn to react to the new threats. 

Two shoot at Radion, 19, 22, so one hit.  Radion makes his toughness save. 

One shoots at Iceflame, hitting with a 27.  Iceflame makes her toughness save. 

Another shoots at Avatar, hitting with a 26.  She gets a 20 on her toughness save, so bruised and dazed. 

Another shoots at Gremlin, missing with a 11. 

And one shoots at YB, hitting with a 28, DC 25 toughness save for YB. 

Stella recovers from being dazed and stops herself from falling. 

Stonewall swings his large arm in a wide arch at the two antibodies attacking him using accurate attack (-1/+1) and Taking 10 to hit.  Both miss their saves and are sent flying back in pieces.

Then he ascends after Yama.  Gotta see if that's all the Antibodies. 

Also I haven't used Well-Informed in a while.  Seems as good a time as any.  Should I do once for the Group?  Separate ones for each?  Or is only Radion likely to be talked about?

There are some more antibodies that were out of ranger for Yama to catch with takedown.  Another group of four for Foreshadow to engage. 

You would make separate checks for each.  Right now, you can make checks for the group (which Synapse also mentioned), Radion and Yama (as you have seen him).

Okay, so results: 

Scions of Cain: Foreshadow has heard of the supervillain group, which has been in existence since at least the mid-70's.  Several members of the group have been involved in standard super criminal activity, primarily geared towards robbery or the like.  Other members appear to only show up to assist or rescues the others when captured by a heroes or government agencies.  Not only as the group had run ins with several superteams, they have even at times had showdowns with other villain groups. 

Radion:  As Synapse said, Radion has in the past fought Centurion (primarily in the late 70's/early 80's.  Radion is one of the Scions that primarily seems to show up when other members are in need of some help, and he is believed to be one of the most powerful members of the group.  He all but seemed to disappear for most of the 90's, but resurfaced about a decade ago. 

Yama:  Foreshadow was able to recognize Yama when the other man had moved passed him.  He has a reputation as a skilled and deadly fighter with at least a moderate level of superhuman strength.   

As for the antibodies, they all miss their saves and go down.

Gremlin moves to attack another needle fighter, taking 10, but the needle fighter makes its toughness save. 

Black Diamond moves over to attack the antibody attacking Target, taking 10 to hit, the antibody fails its toughness save. 

Professor Chiron attacks the antibody on him, taking 10, that one goes down as well.

Darkbolt sends out another at the group of antibodies closing with him, Coiled and Stonewall, power attack (-2/+2) and taking 10 to hit.  This time he catches 15 of them, and only one makes its save. 

That last remaining antibody rushed toward Darkbolt, hitting with a 24, but Darkbolt easily makes his toughness save. 

On the other side two antibodies attack Professor Chiron, 11 and 20 so a miss and a hit, the Professor gets a 16 on his toughness save, so bruised and dazed. 

Three antibodies attack Black Diamond, 27, 23 and 12, so two hits, but her Impervious soaks it up. 

Another antibody attack Target, missing with a 18.
