  1. Such is SCIENCE! Since the drain is too nasty, I'll knock it down to: Strike 10 (Extra: Penetrating 4). Now, what about the Mimic?
  2. Moira nodded with a smile to Angel, "Yeah, I come here every Thursday night. They have some great music here." Stirring her drink with a straw absent-mindedly, she blushed as she found herself staring at the ever lovely Angel. Damn right she was an angel. "So, what about you," she asked as her voice turned playfully seductive, "This doesn't seem like your kind of place. Shouldn't you be racing some fast car or finding some criminal to bring to justice?"
  3. I got the idea from that picture. What would be a safer Drain rank?
  4. Poor Sand, he has a virus/flu bug :(
  5. Yeah, it's gonna be used by my genetic scientist. She's going to have minions and thise device wil help her minions. As for the killing part, I've been told that no one dies in this game unless it's mandated.
  6. Device 11 (giant syringe; easy to lose; Power Feat: Restricted/Knowledge [life sciences] +X, Indestructible): Strike 15 (Extra: Linked Drain Con 15), Shapeshift 4 (Extras: Duration/Continuous, Affects Others; Flaws: Action/Full Round, Limited/Only after a successful Drain Con) First off, how much life sciences? The builder/wielder has 18 ranks, but that's pretty much impossible for anyone here. Secondly, is Shapeshift what i'm looking for? Shaen mentioned Mimic, which seems right, but let me get the idea out there. When she pokes people with the giant syringe she draws out their genetic makeup. when she injects the genetic makeup into others they get something of the person who was last poked. If it is Mimic, what would it look like?
  7. "Moira," she smiled and took the awestuck girl's hand, "Pleased to meet you, Angel." Looking around she didnt see anyone dressed like Angel, so she decided to make her move. "I see you're by yourself. I am by myself too. Would you care to join me over in a booth?"
  8. Watching them all hang on her words gave Moira two feelings. The first feeling was empowerment. She could ask for what she wanted at this moment and she would have it. But then again, she would have to entertain the drink buyer for a while. She wasn't here for that, just to hear some smooth jazz. The second feeling was a tinge of sorrow for the people expecting so much. She was not heartless and would have talked to each one of them at the same time if she could. She thanked the bartender when she finally got her drink. Walking over to a small booth area, she bumped into a gorgeous young woman before she got there. She noticed her on the spot. Angel Marks was one of those types that the media loved to cover. Good or bad, she was at least on one of the first few pages of every publication. "Forgive me," Moira apologized, "I didn't mean to get in your way."
  9. Moira reached into the hall closet and grabbed a suitcase and made her way to the bedroom as Dark Star talked. She didn't want to seem rude by interupting. It was actually clean in here for a change. Stephanie must have been in a good mood. She wasn't there, another good sign that something wonderful had happened. Nodding to his suggestions, she made her way to the closet. She packed suits of various styles and for different weathers. Swimwear, coldwear, sleepwear, and casual wear; just because she didn't feel the weather conditions, that didn't mean she couldn't feel comfortable. Leaving the packed suitcase in the bedroom, Moira beckoned Dark Star as she scooted down the hall to the bathroom. "I'm sorry for being so quiet. Just trying to get ready is all," she said getting a toiletries bag from under the sink. Packing it with the requesite soap, toothpaste, deoderant, hygene products, and other utensils. She was prepared. Walking back to the bedroom she stacked the bag full of cleaning products on top of the suit case, "And that should be it!"
  10. I would like to buy Immunity (critical hits) and Improved Critical 2 (unarmed) with Divine's 4 points. Edits done by Geez3r
  11. "You have a phone," Moira asked rhetorically as Grimalkin put in the numbers, "May ask your number. As you have mine?" She chuckled, "Don't worry, I'm not gonna flood your voice mail with advertisments." Moira laughed lightly at the 'devilish' antics of Grimalkin. wrapping pinkies with her, she accepted her most holy of promises, "Done and done. Never this oath to break."
  12. Moira winced at the fact they had served a minor. She smiled and reached under the bar and into the minifridge for a Diet Coke. Putting it on the bar, she grabbed a glass and some ice, then proceeded to mix equals parts ice and soda in the glass. She put the glass in front of Grimalkin, holding it for a bit. "You know, I thank you for helping me save my place tonight. But seriously, I could lose my license over this. Just keep this under your hat." Moira stopped to look at the fake ID when it was presented, laughing at the poolboy inspector joke. Nodding along woth Grimalkin's story, Moira listened sympathetically. When she was finished she smiled, "It must be. We'll have to talk about that sometime. In fact," she reached under the bar again to pull out business card for Morley's and a pen. She handed the card to Grimalkin after writing her name and a number on it. "Call me any time you need someone to talk to. Or if you need someone to have your back," she winked.
  13. Moira thought for a second, then like a light going off in her head, she smiled. "Well, it is very nice to meet you, Grimalkin. Sorry you had to comeback to," She pauses and sighs as she looks around. Borken roof, broken pool table, broken pool cue. "This." "Forgive me for asking," Moira said walking towards the bar, beckoning the hero to sit at a barstool. She walked behind the bar, "You've been gone for a long time. What's been going on? Anything I can get for you?"
  14. Moira smiled and hugged her helper, "Thank you, Lynn." Taking a better look at her, Moira was intrigued. "Your costume looks familiar. Do you have a codename or something of the sort? As you know from those magazines, they call me Divine." She chuckled.

  17. I'm making an elven enchanter NPC with a bunch of spells (7+14+19+20+11+11+8+8+7+6=111!). The thing is, they're a set list and she casts them spontaneously and she only has a limited number of times she can cast certain groups of spells. So, how would I do this?
  18. Moira quickly picked herself up from the floor. She made a quick assessment of her surrounding. The female villainesses were coupled together. She couldn't find Lynn though. A devious smile shot across Moira's face as she looked at the standing villainess. A whistle of admiration escaped her lips. "So, your girlfriend's out," she said with a sarcastic tone, "That mean you're single?"

  21. Moira smiled warmly at Fleur, "We love it." Looking around the beautiful sidewalk again, she shook her head, "Is this it? You're done for the night?" She looked to Fleur again, "Either way, this has been awesome." Biting her lip, she paused for a second. She looks to Fleur with a wanting look, "Not to sound like a broken record, but can we get back to my house the way we came?" Hand in hand, they were sucked into the marigolds. The same flowers scents and the same green color pervaded Moira again. And then the quick less-than-a-second thrill was over. They were back in the living room next to the bonsai garden. "Thanks again," Moira smiled as she walked her guest to the front door, "it's been fun. Like I said, feel free to call anytime you need help or just someone to talk to."
  22. Moira clapped excitedly, "Bravo!" She popped up from the bench and slowly approached the new plants with a sense and look of amazement. Kneeling down to see one of the new additions to the park, she reaches down and picks one of the bigger marigolds. She gets up and pulls back her hair to put the flower between it and behind her ear. "Thank you," she said, walking over to the flower giving the flower girl a friendly hug, "This city needs more people like you." Smiling, she let her go, "I'm glad you're doing this instead of fighting monsters."
  23. Sitting up, Moira witnessed the showing of life with much awe. Memories of long past surfaced as each area grew up. Snapping out of it, she smiled at the monster comment. She thought about what her favorite color, "Well, it's a tough choice between gold and purple." She shrugged, "Why do you ask?"
