Okay, I don’t want to just hand wave away good rolls. So she will suffer the Staggered effect for now, but instead of being Dazed and losing her action you have gone ahead and triggered stage two of the boss fight.

 

And so, that’s a +1HP for Sea Devil as the woman begins to transform.

Well Nightscale is gonna use the occasion to punch the "vampire" trying to at least take one of them down, I think it is an auto hit due to the grapple, although Luke save DC is just 24 since he is still PL 9 (eventually I'll manage to upgrade him hehe)
