If my array was Dynamic, could I do something like Stun 7/Confuse 7 with Split Attack?

Is Precise limited to two ranks? Meaning, if I have two ranks of it, is the guy with Elusive Target is in the same boat as the guy without it or do I have to get more to effect the Elusive Target?

Can I put Improved Critical as a power feat on an array?

Wesley's over cap on his attack bonus with powers (+2 BAB, +1 Attack Focus, +4 for Accurate, -4 tradeoff). Take off Attack Focus. Give him 8 ranks in Craft (artistic). Give him a drawback that his Craft is only for tattooing.

Took away the Ape's Protection 2 and 1 point away from Recovery Check. Gave him Minion 3. Before I go around changing my story, can I get a rundown on ASTRO Labs? Would they be using Adam as a hero or villain? How public is it? Anything else I should know?

I am noticing a lack of ape characters! I have a plan. OK, this ape gets experimented on enough that he gains intelligence enough to speak! He then breaks out and uses his new found intelligence to fight for the rights of simian kind! Now what I'm proposing is to have an ape with just enough Intelligence to be sapient. Three, to be exact. Maybe he'll have powers too. The thing is I want to run this idea off before I go through with it. Lame or not? I seriously laughed for a good ten minutes when I thought of it and still am chuckling about it.

I guess I'll throw my hat in Wesley can be anywhere you need him. He just arrived in Freedom and lives out of his car. He's not vigilante either, just a guy trying to find out about himself and what he can do.
