    Ok then, I would like to use my pp to buy off the flaw in his speed power. Edit: Also, can I modify the base power in his Druidic Magic and Rites of Blood array from Damage 7 (Perception range [+2], Disease [+2], Limited - Damages only if the afflicted character is moving [-1], Affects Insubstantial 2) to Damage 10 (Perception range [+2], Alternative Save - Fort [+1]) since I haven't used that power yet and the the previous version is kinda iffy.

    Question. Would adding a metamorph form for Bloodseeker be allowed if it were part of an IC story? I was planning on having him gain a more monstrous form after being beat-up by Captain Wonder due to the anger and shame of having been beaten so easily by the Captain.

    Well looks like Stygwyr goes flying again. Toughness Save (1d20+8=22) Why do I get the feeling that he's ending up as Captain Wonder's chewtoy. Btw, same direction for the knockback? He's flying another 50 feet.
  8. I'm ready as I'll ever be. Are Jack and I going to be part of the same hunter-killer squad? Hopefully this fight would convince me to keep Bloodseeker.

    Stygwyr has a shapeable area snare so there's no attack roll needed.

    "I don't think that would be necessary Captain Wonder. I am on my home plane right now." Standing up after that punch Captain Wonder gave him, he rises to his full height. "You took me away from my hunt! If I cannot have their blood, I will surely have yours!" Stygwyr slams his fist to the ground as another punch rushes past him. In response, the very earth itself rises up to engulf the Captain in a rocky embrace.

    Shaz, I'm using a Know (History) check to identify Captain Wonder. It can be any other knowledge check anyway since he doesn't have any knowledge ranks so this would only be an intelligence check. Here's the result: Knowledge (History) check (1d20=14) I figure it's a DC 10 check for an easy question. Am I right?

    Can someone please add the Obsession (Blood and Bleeding) to Bloodseeker's complications? Also, I would like to expound on his other complications. -Temper (Bloodseeker gets angry when someone stops him from hunting and killing his targets) -Reputation (Bloodseeker is a villain who hunts even other villains and kills them) Updated by Barnum

    That punch was stronger than what Captain Wonder expected. Before Stygwyr could react, he was flying from the force of the impact. Luckily he skids to a stop on the street some 250 feet away.
  22. So if I reel him in would it happen automatically when I take the standard action (he gets reeled in no matter what he does) or is he allowed to fight back with something like an opposed strength check?
  23. What is the scale of the Freedom City map? Is it something like one cm to a mile?
