Hair: Short, tussled brown hair with red highlights Eyes: Brown eyes Description: Persona stands nearly 6 feet tall. He has a body covered in scars in every area except his face and with not an ounce of fat on him. During his free time, he wears a plain shirt and pants while wearing a non-descript jacket. While on patrol, he garbs himself in a form-fitting bodysuit with a trenchcoat and street clothes. History: Winston Pikes was once an ordinary guy working in a dead-end job but that all changed after the Terminus Invasion of '93. He wasn't sure if it was some of the energy left behind by that invasion or something else but he began to hear voices in his head. It took about a year before the first of them manifested fully within his psyche. It happened during one of those fires that usually happen during a battle between supers. He got trapped under some falling debris when the first one manifested. He called himself Amon and he gave him powers that allowed him to survive the situation unharmed by either the flames or the smoke. At first Winston thought that it was a fluke but another surfaced when he was hit by a stray bullet from a gang war. This one called herself "Leraje" and proceeded to hunt down who shot him and pierce his heart with an arrow from a bow she summoned out of thin air. Intrigued by this, he tried to make contact with them and he learned that there were others who resided in the depths of his psyche. At first he was skeptical and he thought that he was starting to become a schizo or something like that but an article he heard about multiple personalities said they were brought on by physical or other abuse during childhood. But there was nothing in his past that would account for something like that. Soon enough though the opportunist in him thought of ways to benefit from this. He made contact with Amon and Leraje again and asked how to make contact with these others. He was told that the others needed specific situations to arise but their situations can't be achieved in Freedom city. So Winston travelled the world to access them. The next to arise was Savnok when he encountered a brash young duelist in Italy. Then came Geryon when he was attacked by a silverback gorilla deep in the Congo. The most recent to arise was Karsus. It was perhaps a year ago on an island in the Philippine archipelago. He had paid a visit to a local shaman called an "arbularyo". The arbularyo sensed Winston's other personas and stabbed him in the back. This brought about the emergence of Karsus. Sensing the innate magical ability of the arbularyo, Karsus dodged the blow and began to erode the arbularyo's own body and essence until he became nothing more than a pile of dust. Arriving back in Freedom City after more than fourteen years, it was time to set-up shop. The core book says that each alternate power in an array can have no more points spent into it than the amount paid for the primary ability while UP limits the points spent on an alternate power to be the array rankx2? I've looked at some of the approved characters here like Teke, and they seem to use the ruling from the core book. Which one should I use for the array?

  19. Barnum, I think I'll let him concentrate instead of taking drugs to use one of his other personalities' powers. Btw, would it be possible to have the Normal Identity drawback apply only to his array instead of all of his powers? I was planning of letting him have some mental immunities derived from the multiple personalities in his head but he would need to take some time to focus himself to gain access to his other personalities' powers. Also, are powers limited to PL? For example, if I take the Strike power for a PL 10 character, can I bring it to a level hinger than 10 like 11 or 15? Or does is it limited to only 10?
