  1. Swarm Zombie a.k.a Swarmer No-one is quite sure where this particular zombie hails from. Even whether or not it came from the same source as the other zombies is a point of dispute among survivors. Some people suggest that the creature has reverted to such a base form that it's actually just like a single cell dividing. Some folks reckon it's just magic. Whatever is the case, everyone agrees that if you see this zombie, you don't engage. This zombie has the particular ability that, when impacted by any force, the thing splits into two mutually exclusive and independant zombies. Some people say that even if they trip and fall there might be two zombies who stand. They all look the same - about 5' 4" with a light build. The flesh has rotted away so much now that it's impossible to tell what gender it once was or any other information regarding it in life; if it ever had one. Unfortunately, besides those attributes, it's fairly difficult to tell apart from most other zombies. This has led to the death of many people who ran out to kill of one, single zombie, only to find themselves, a moment later, surrounded by many. Abilities: STR: 10 DEX: 14 CON: - INT: - WIS: 10 CHA: - -28 points spent Combat: Attack: +2 Damage: +0 (unarmed) Defence: +0 (unarmed) Initiative: +2 4 points spent Saves: Toughness: +0 Fortitude: - Reflex: +2 Will: - 0 points spent Powers: Immunity 30 (Fortitude effects) Duplication 1 [PF] 39 points spent Notes: - Someone who's seen these zombies before has a chance to recognise them (DC 15 wisdom check). Bonuses are given if there are more than one of it's kind in the same area or if they've encountered them multiple times. - The 'real' extra in the power represents the fact that any zombie can duplicate. I know this isn't how the power works, but it's an NPC :)

  3. Its a great idea! I think it is an ambitious one, but all the best ideas are just that! At the moment, the board may be a little too small to accomodate something like this. It would almost need a board of it's own. I'm very happy to be proven wrong, however.

  5. Consider that Demon Lord stunned and bruised. Can you make a notice check for me?

  7. Heavy's attack flies forward, and into the storm. Judging by the deep, rumbling cry, he certainly hit something - what that thing was, is the question. Both Heavy and Kirk recieve their answer. The massive discharges of engegy seem to quickly recede. They draw backward, revealing something truely horrific. The creature is something to behold, something of a mishmash of every concievable nightmare. The old man, now naked and limp, bobs in a space that appears to be inside of the demon, in it's stomach area. Although the man doesn't seem to be concious, his eyes are open and his grin is easily apparent. The sound that accompanies the beast is just as terrible as it's physical appearance - a kind of low, constant scream of anguish. Currently it stands idle, shaking it's head as if trying to dispel a cloud. Kirk screams in abject terror, scrambling back toward the door, which he manages to open.

  9. Woah - I guess it was all the bad karma I've accumulated by being slack. Failed the recovery check. Surged (making me fatigued) and then missed with my 16 attack (modified for zero-g). *sigh* Still, we'll always have Paris... unless it's destroyed by evil toy robots ;)

  11. Seeing the silver sentinel take a solid hit was not a comforting sight. That's not good. Rose had to get these things dead, and fast! She was really hurting. Whenever she got banged up, she felt as if she had a headache thoughout her entire body. This was about as bad as it had ever gotten. She could think about that, however. She needed to get in there. It's not fancy, but I don't have much else. She charges toward the 'toys' attempting to push through the pain, but she can't help but feel it. She holds her side and swings her fist - unfortunately she still hasn't managed to acclimatise to space at all. She misjudges her weightlessness and her swing goes wide. She cries out in frustration. This isn't working, we have to get out of here!

  13. Despite his father's order, Dale had followed him to the room - though it didn't look as though the man was aware of the fact. Dale hung back, peeking from behind the man's legs at Darla. He seemed to be asking her why his father, whom he hadn't seen in some time, wasn't happy to see him. It seems Dale can't take the hint in this respect. Or perhaps he just didn't want to understand. In either case, he looked longingly at his sister.

  15. You're up, Heritage! :)

  17. The tall, blonde woman merely looks at you and says, "You know, that's funny. I was just about to suggest that you surrender. I applaud your initiative." She indicates to the frightened people in the room, "But, unfortunately, I can't leave these people out of anything. I'm told you had a friend with you? From the Freedom League? No matter, we'll find him. In the meantime, lets make you a little more comfortable." With that, something a little strange happens - the blonde woman's form seems to shift and quiver, as if she were a reflection in a pool that had been disturbed by ripples. In any case, where there was one, there was now three! The two new blonde women walk toward Nanowire, smiling coyly as they did so. They reach him, the one on the left saying, "If you'd like to come with us." It wasn't really a request.

  19. The hall outside the bathroom is empty. Invisible Grim walks into the restaurant area to see the fleeing villain talking to a blonde woman, this one a little older. She's obviously part of the hold up. The blonde woman listens intently to what is being said to her with a hard look on her face. There is another young woman there. She looks quite a bit more, well, nerdy. She's a brunette and stands near the doorway of the restaurant. Strangely enough, there are two women with her - these women look very much (identical in fact) to the blone woman currently listening to the villain Grim was chasing. For the moment, everyone stands still.

  23. Tesla walks with Kevin back toward the lab, "Don't worry, it's nothing serious. It's just probably better for everyone if we check you out. We don't know anything about this Clyst. It's possible, even if he didn't mean to, that he may have affected your physiology somehow. All the Atom members and the guys downstair will get tested. Don't worry..." she shoots a smile to Kevin before opening the door to the lab, "...I won't bite."
