  1. Alright then, I can skip the regen for now until I get a better grasp at the system.
  2. At regeneration 3, bruised/unconscious will be considered no action, meaning I recover automatically. Furthermore, I will only stay dead for 5 hours.
  3. I needed to upgrade my hero too. I would like this feat, along with: Finally, I would prefer this: That leaves me with 1 point left, if I've done the math correct.
  4. Coming to this party might not have been a good idea for the Spartan. Oh, and my older sibling seem to enjoy this, since s/he is currently laughing his bottom off because of the chaos.
  5. Well, considering his looks, that wouldn't be a surprise at all.
  6. Oh, thanks for reminding me. Onee-chan need to pause writing hir* fanfiction story involving Freedom City. *Hir: A combination of "him" and "her". Dr. Arceville invented the term for that matter.
  7. "Right you are there, Ace. It's always good to know whom you can get to know and have a helping hand with in times of trouble." Aristodemus had done himself some extra noticeable service during the Underworld invasion, mainly as to hold back the primary invasion along with several others, including Centurion. The Spartan also had donned armor for the first time since leaving the military lifestyle after World War I. The Spartan had joined in the defense for one reason: Gods shouldn't interfere with the lives of mortals too much. Visiting them and helping them was tolerable, but launching an invasion was pushing it as much as did taunt the Spartan that he was a coward. Then, he had been snatched by Hades, and was left to live down there for 40 years along with demons. Not a very pleasant life down there, mind you. "So, you took down Knievel?" He turned to Dark Star. "I'm impressed. He and two others managed to defeat me and Arrowhawk about a week ago."
  8. Oh, by the way, Fell. You were wrong. Aristodemus looks way over 40, in fact he looks like he is 50-60 years old.
  9. Nyrath made Aristodemus for me in the first place. He's shared by both of us on several things. Here, though, he may be mine but Nyrath is responsible for making sure that Aristodemus is who he is. That's all there is to it.
  10. Sorry, sorry, but I was asleep when you all made those posts so I couldn't respond. Besides, Aristodemus doesn't really care if people know about immortality. Nyrath and I agreed upon that.
  11. Aristodemus smiled at that notion. "Not many, but there are a few of us. We all went different ways. I for one chose the way of warfare and martial arts. I got a few moves to make most people jealous." "He is the real thing. The only one that could be considered older than me even. He and I have walked together in the past." Aristodemus was really an old friend of Daedalus, since they were both immortals from Greece. The senior had once offered to give the Spartan a power armor to use, but Aristodemus had rejected it, since he didn't need it in order to fight. But lately, he's been thinking about getting a suit for himself. If only Daedalus hadn't stolen the Lambada first.
  12. I discovered yet another thing: They've added guitars and wrenches to it. Not to mention bazookas.
  13. Wait, wait, Heritage, who exactly are you addressing now? I got a bit lost.
  14. Aristodemus looked at Pompadour with a smirk on his face as he knew exactly how people in America thought of Sparta especially since Miller's 300 comic had made a big impact on people's minds. "Actually, I am well over 2500 years old, kid. You know Dilios from 300? That was me in real life. But don't think for a second that Spartans did not wear armor in battle." Aristodemus didn't look, but he knew well that Pompadour would have his eyes nearly pop out of their sockets. The Spartan was looking out for Scarab and Ace Danger, his two old acquaintances from before. "By the way, I was stuck in Hades' realm for 40 years, if you wondered about that."
  15. (Sorry, I had Onee-chan's login) "Pleased to meet you." Aristodemus took Pompadour's hand and shook it hard. "I'm the Spartan." The heavy Doric Greek accent could have given him away, since it had been a dead accent since the Roman occupation. "You thought Daedalus was the only Greek around these parts? Well, it's fine anyway. Having been stuck for forty years kinda makes one pretty much forgotten."
  16. He's 164 cm long. That's the size of a middle school student. And people don't find it odd that someone his size just walked in there in an expensive without trouble?
  17. Okay, then I made it look like I just strolled in there without being noticed at all. Maybe I should change it a bit.
  18. Well, it certainly isn't boring around here. Aristodemus watched as the superheroes came like flies to honey. This Captain Ace Danger was certainly a very respect worthy person. The Spartan had obviously failed to gather information on today's superheroes. Fortunately for him, the Spartan had narrowly managed to avoid the paparazzi down there. Most would have asked how it came that he was immortal, to the extent that it would have a nervous breakdown on the Spartan. Last time wasn't very pleasant. So many heroes in town. Aristodemus could barely believe that there were villains in this town at all. I'll guess I'll just sit over there and sip my drink... He went to a couple of empty seats.
  19. Good thing I've got investments that just grew in the time I was gone... Aristodemus thought to himself as he adjusted the tie on his suit. It cost him a good 450 dollars, but with his investments that had grown in the time he had been with Hades, he could easily afford it. A week after his run-in with Knievel and Malice, the Spartan had done nothing but training down in his bunker over at the Boardwalk and had barely stepped out of his bunker except to eat along with some important guest at the hotel who needed extra protection. One could say that after all that training in the bunker, the Spartan needed a breather. "Please state your name and alias." A security guard at the entrance to the plaza asked him as he approached. "Aristodemus. No alias. I'm open." Aristodemus said as he held up his invitation. "Go ahead, Spartan." Aristodemus fixed his suit as he entered the party.
  20. Oh Finally, something to do. I'm coming as well.
  21. Aristodemus was practicing his Kalarippayattu, an Indian martial believed by many to be the origin of Chinese martial arts. He hasn't been giving this one particular practice time since he came back from Hades' domain, but he felt that he needed to. Especially since he lost. Normally, for a Spartan, to lose was to be killed, only Aristodemus couldn't be killed. He just had to live with the shame. Through his various contacts, he learned who his opponents was. The guy in armor was Captain Knievel, a thrill seeker and completely reckless of what happened around him. Malice, a rich guy who got one of those power armors and an ally of Knievel. Who the woman in apparent space clothing was, he found very little, only that she had escaped from a secret military base in which she has been frozen for forty years. Well, it was three-to-two in the beginning, but even with those odds, Aristodemus could have won. He wasn't telling that he would've won, but he had a chance at least.
  22. Nothing, really. Looking for something to do whilst figuring out where to put my PP.
