  1. Free action(so as not to interfere with the attack itself), Instant duration, as I see no need for it to be used more often then that, and touch range. No infusing things far away from you(without paying for the option) Though that could make for an interesting TK character. Boost could work too, since you're reactivating it every round, but I felt a standard damage effect was the way to go.

  3. "I've found what I can, but tis the problem o' not being in business for yerself. Still, I get chased around less then the other costumes." Badb takes another sip of her whiskey. "And no, I'm not waiting for anything in particular. Just testin' the waters if you will."

  5. I had to create a power like this for something I'm working on. Infusion. 1/pp Per rank: Infusion allows you to add you power rank to damage rolls with equipment. This power does not function on devices. Damage is limited by your campaigns power level. Damaging effect is 1 pp. Limited to equipment is minus one. Allowing the power to work with ranged equipment is plus 1. Hence, 1 pp per rank.

  7. Badb doesn't quite smirk at the mans guess of her powers. 'Can't give too much away.'"Something like that yes. Though I'm afraid ye have the advantage o'er me. All I can guess from looking at you is a Gaelic background. Or a good stylist." Even sitting down Badb could tell the man she was talking to was a good deal taller then her, though that's far from uncommon. Childhood injury to a growth plate has the tendency to produce short people. "So what's yer shtick?"

  9. Hey Nyrath, nice to see you here. It's always good to have others with gender ambiguous names and icons(though not as ambiguous as when I used a picture of Desire) And I know all to well your pain at having to feed sheep. Stupidest creatures of all time. Though less annoying then chickens, if only because the smell isn't as bad.

  11. Joey notices that he and his new found....compatriots, seem to be gaining some ground against the robots. Unfortunately, they seem to be running out of limbs. Having finally regained the knife, Joey moves toward the robot attacking Tony. Even if he couldn't defeat it, he could at least help spread the punishment around. "Come on jerk, why not pick on someone with a history of breaking computers and not know how?"

  13. Badb notices the new comer enter and make a bee line for the bar. Not anyone she recognized, but then that's not too unusual. From the looks of him he's not anyone who's going to be hiring. But these things have a way of being deceiving. Badb herself heads for the bar, and orders a glass of Jameson on the rocks. She barely makes eye contact with the new comer, raises her glass in a half salute and takes a sip. "To good health"

  15. Pretty much. Enough to move me out of the area that debris would likely fall in. Here's my roll, Roll against ceiling to drop brick on spear wielder. (1d20 8=11) I'm hoping it's a low DC

  17. Though his words have a certain weight to them, Badb doesn't seem to let them get to her. Now it's down to one on one, why should she fear?"You certainly seem keen on having me surrender. Who's the one who should really be scared here?" Having noticed her earlier tactics were less then effective against her spear wielding foe, Badb tries a differant tactic. She flies back about 100 feet, aims at the celling and unleashes a blast. "Lets see your spear save ye from falling mortar." (OOC: can I take 10 against the ceiling? Or do I still need to roll?)

  19. I'm still not sure whether or not I saved. I think I did, but I'd like to know for certain before I post again.

  21. As a dedicated Ness user since the original, I can tell you that there is almost no difference between brawl and melee, aside from number of characters and a much better adventure mode. Admittedly, I've only played using the classic controller, and I have no intention of ever using the wii remote to play.

  23. Nevermind. This is what I get for not reading the Slow Fades feat before asking questions. My bad

  25. Perhaps you guys can help me with this. I'm doing a build that has a person changing into a second form. For simplicity sake, I'm using Metamorph. I had alot to put in this build, and trying to get all the non-instant powers was just making me annoyed. Basically, I'm trying to mimic the ability to be in her second form for awhile, then have it end. Fades with the Total Fade extra works but, because I'm using metamorph, only allows her to assume that form for 2 rounds. This seems a little low. I had the idea to apply the progression feat, but I'm not sure how that would really work. Any ideas? That don't require Alt Form or UP. I'm poor, and can't afford 40 bucks for a book right now. (And I hate PDFs, though I may have to get over that one)
