She scores a nat 20 on the attack, so that's a 30. Assuming the attack lands, with the crit that is a DC 35 fort save. Link to comment

DC28 Toughness, +1 for every 2 that roll exceeded the Mosquito's defense (so DC30, I think, but please double-check - my brain is just not in working order right now for some reason). Link to comment
