Hmm. Bloody Mess and Hangman were about two full movement rounds away from the action at Speed 6, so that's... a ways. And effectively four full movement rounds away at Speed 5. So, if the Hound keeps driving, he should be able to catch up to them in three full-movement rounds - and get visual range in two. That's if they stand still, mind.

Bloody Mess: 25, Unharmed, 1 HP

Revenant: 22, Unharmed, 0 HP

Foreshadow: 21, Unharmed, 0 HP

The Hound: 21, Unharmed, 0 HP

Hangman: 13, Unharmed, 0 HP

Cannonade: 6, Unharmed, 3 HP

Alvarez: 1, Unharmed, 0 HP

Hangman realizes Bloody Mess isn't going down easily, and takes another swing. Or not. He then throws down a smoke bomb and splits. Sorry, I'm using GM Fiat here. This is a detective plot, and the investigation must proceed apace.

Cannonade, meanwhile, is going to take Alvarez down to the pavement and try to calm him down. That's a 21 with Skill Mastery, so it should be enough to shift an Indifferent individual over to Friendly and calm him down. Alvarez just sits down as the cops show up. We are out of rounds.

What the Hound gets: this place is clean. Okay, it's busted and torn up, but when it comes to blood, skin cells, hair, fingerprint oil... it's absolutely clean. There is a slight acerbic residue, though - not exactly an industrial cleaner, but perhaps something like it that's been diluted fifteen times.

Foreshadow is having a very hard time finding any physical evidence - maybe it's just not his night for this. If he can get a sample of the residue, though, he can probably analyze the chemical makeup.

Revenant is having a very hard time finding any physical evidence - the place looks clean. She also only just brushes a wall with the coating on it; she feels a slight sizzling, but not enough to take an Injured. It appears this chemical, whatever it is, has a mildly corrosive effect on dead human tissue.
