Gosh I am not quite sure how you would do that stunt, but lets say a relfex DC 15 to side step at the correct point (or get smashed) and a DC 20 melee attack roll to do the trip!

Lets call it a relatively simple DC 10 Craft (Mechanical) check to bend the bike back into useable form (drive checks at -5), DC 15 to make it almost as good as new (drive checks at -2) and DC 20 to make it perfect!

I'm not sure about the lance, I'd have to check and see, but yes that would also break the PL caps for me...
I'd be at +15 Toughness/+2 Defence and +4 attack DC 25 Damage....is that okay?
PL8.5 by my reckoning defensively and pl7 offensively.
