Question about Poltergeist: What is meant by "Noticeable [snare] When Kizzy walks around small tendrils of shadow seem to follow her."? Snare's already noticeable by default.

Do you mean she's always got small tendrils of shadows trailing behind her?

Or that her Snare goes beyond noticeable and into obvious[/] (optional rule from Ultimate Power), that they're so dark and unnatural that the snares can be seen clearly by an average bystander from 200 feet away?

I didn't say old, I said older :P 20 is college age. Seems old for a highschool student!

Btw, how do we handle fights/etc without a DM/GM or whatever? player run stuff is very new to me.

That's correct. If you'd like a referee to run a particular NPC in a fight, you just need to ask in the OOC thread, the chat, or PM. If the only people in the fight are all PCs, then you can go on your own and call the referee over if needed to make a particular ruling.
