With initiative of +3 I'm going to go with academic and move on :D

 

Is there any cover in the area? Any kind of tactical advantage I can get?

 

And is there somewhere safe for Lulu and co. to go?

There are plenty of rocks around, and plenty of cover you can take. Other than that its a fairly featureless landscape! 

 

If you make a clever Knowledge [Earth Sciences] roll of DC 20 Ill allow you to spot something unstable which could use (such as a crevasse that could open up with the right impact).

Thats a clear hit, and by my counts a DC 28 Save. 

 

Tough Save: 1d20+10 26

 

Its slow but tough! Even so, it grabs an injury. Its defence is +4/14

Bingo. Thats a pretty massive score, so have free reign; you can blast the ground beneath the robot to trap him in a crevasse, or anything else you feel is appropriate!

The Robot will unleash a flamethrower at Delta!

 

Thats an Area [Line], Damage 6 Effect. 

 

So Reflex DC 16 will half the effect to Damage 3, and Cover gives him +2 to that Reflex throw. 

 

Then a DC 21 (or 18 if you make the reflex save) toughness save.

Using a HP to use the Nullify (flight) 1 point power, Perception Ranged +1, Concentration Duration +1, Unreliable (5 uses) if that works for you? Should be able to stop Captain Cosmos and give us some time?

 

And descriptor wise it's basically Delta using his telekinesis pulling him to the ground the whole time :D So stunted off of his TechnoKinetic arm array. Is that cool?

Yes indeed! in fact, I dont think that needs an HP, we can say the TK is opposed to his flight. Could you make a power roll?

It is indeed, with of course the normal option of applying extra effort for +2 (and an HP to reroll)..or both!
