  1. "Hold on!" Arrowhawk called, the smoke beginning to affect him despite his rebreather. "Ma'am, I need you to help me in getting you out to my friend." He gave her a leg up and held her hand as she leaned out of the window waiting for rescue. "Lullaby, it's getting really hot in here!" Flames were getting dangerously close to his legs. Damn, this is not going to end well for me, is it?

  2. Chris takes the top three pizza boxes. "Here, let me give you a hand," he says, "Thanks for calling back."

"So, you said you wanted a look at the Pitchoo?" he asked, sweeping a hand in gesture at the green ship floating a short distance off the ground.

  3. "Gaaaaaah, dammit," swore Chris, as co-ordinates came up on the GPS and the autopilot kicked in. "Why didn't I remember to turn you off!" Quickly flicking a switch, the ship ceased moving causing him to fall over and hit his head off of the chair. "DAAAAAAAAAMMIT!"

A note had appeared on the computer screen. Aaaah, he replied with directions. And pizza. I like pizza. "now what to do for an hour and a half!" he said, pulling himself up from his knees in one quick jump.

And thus it came to be that a teenager in green spandex spent over an hour flying around, high over the city in a green flying machine before turning on the autopilot and landing near Darian's house.

Grabbing a jacket to throw on over his costume and stuffing his mask in the pocket, he wandered out of the exit hatch and sent to a parking position a few feet off the ground. There came a small beep as he turned on the central locking system.

  4. This thread is set chronologically after this thread, despite it being ongoing at the time of posting.

The Pitchoo hovered up in the sky over bay, Chris Kenzie sitting around in his costume without the mask on. Some Seether was playing in the background. He liked to listen to music while he flew around, usually loudly. But he twiddled a knob on the dashboard and pulled a lever, allowing the chair to swivel around while he took out his cell phone. That Darian guy had seemed pretty cool, maybe he should take him up on that answer.

Bloody voicemail! he cursed as the phone politely asked him to leave a message after the tone. God, he hated the tone. It seemed to be designed to annoy people. Who designed the tone for voicemail? Really? I'll go aft.... oh damn, I think it toned. "Hey, Darian? It's Chris. I'm just flying around just now, thought you might want to come take a ride? Call me back, thanks, bye"

He went to hang up, before thinking twice and bringing the mouthpiece back up. "Bring pizza." Reclining in his chair, he turned the music back up again. Very peaceful up here he thought, pulling a Coca-Cola out from a mini-fridge he'd plugged into the cigarette lighter and grabbing a set of blueprints he'd left on the floor. "Personal flight harness?Ooooh, the next wave in fashionable transport." Taking a sip, he began to go over the blueprints, suspended over the clear blue bay in his green flying machine.

  5. John Fraser rode across the city on his motorcycle, the wind streaming through his hair. It was sunny, and he enjoyed riding his bike on days like this. One day he'd get caught with his helmet off, but what was life without a little risk?

Freedom Hall was up ahead, sunlight shining from the glass. He sped into an alleyway and parked the bike, pulling out his bow and cloak from a compartment in the side of it. Arrowhawk walked out of the alleyway, cloak swaying a little in the wind. It was typical of the city that nobody really paid too much attention to the guy with a cape, especially since he wasn't too famous.

He walked in the front doors of the hall and over towards the receptionist. "Hello, I'm here for the trials. Also, if bowman is here could you inform him that Arrowhawk is here?" He smirked inwardly. Bet he didn't expect to have me back in town long-term.

  6. "Uhm, I dunno. I was thinking you were the Pikachuman? So I kinda missed him. I do that at times. I'm not very smart."

Requires long time to ponder one concept. Approach with no caution, and befuddle with sarcasm! "Really? I hadn't noticed at all," he smiles with (fake) sincerity. "Well, this seems to be admissions, and if I'm not mistaken Warren just went in there. I suppose there'll be a line, you can catch up with him there."

  7. Arrowhawk ran towards the building, cloak streaming out behind him as he leapt and fired the grappling gun above the window the screams seemed to be coming from. He zipped up and swung in with practiced ease, rolling as he landed in the smoky room. Flames were spreading across the walls and carpet in blazing trails, so he quickly ran and broke through into the hallway, following the screams.

Kicking open a second door, he found a woman and child trying to force open a jammed door, possibly leading out to the fire escape. The lock must have melted or something. "Come with me," shouted Arrowhawk, "Now!" He grabbed the child and ran with the mother following. Damn. The flames had spread dangerously close to the window. "Lullaby, get the kid!" he shouted, holding the child out for her to grab. I don't know if we can do this quickly enough...

  8. "I can show you where admissions is, but why didn't you just follow him when he left before," said Chris, thinking Could we have any more of a really hot, but dumb blonde stereotype here? Really? "There was a bit of a commotion before he left, y'know."

  9. "I could go in the window, and pass people to you so you can fly them to the ground safely," said Arrowhawk, pulling a rebreather from his belt and affixing it to his face under his domino mask, flicking the red lens into place to protect his eyes. "Didn't you say you could heal people too?" he asks, a little muffled this time.

  10. Geckoman takes it and sticks it in a pouch in his belt. "Yeah, thanks for the offer. I may take you up on that, although I doubt I've much to offer you" He frowns for a second. "I suppose I should really go get enrolled and get a dorm room so I can call my mom and tell her I've arrived. See you later," he says, flashing a quick grin before wandering off to head towards admissions.
