Initiative for me too?

As John slinks forward, his body moving with the shadows whilst still following Hyper. He hid behind anything, from trashcans to some weird statue they appeared to have. He looked to Hyper, mouthing "Where are we going?"

In this case... there's only so much I can write to say "I snuck around"

Well, I got a 19 and forgot my +5 so 24

Gargoyle glides his way down and upon hitting the ground, he goes back to being John. He goes over to the guards and takes a moment seeing if their armor would be wearable by him, but he was a bit too small and couldn't fit in it. He shrugs and goes back over to Hyper, and throws on a bandana he found on the guards to hide his face. "Nice job, let's keep going... I'm really placing my trust in you, ok?" John's eyes express a fear before hardening back up and looking toward the entrance. "You take point or me?"

Would love to join, but I don't think Gargoyle counts as a martial artist

"Hefty gear? You mean like heavy armor or what? If not, we likely can take them out pretty easily... In all honesty, if we wanted to enter stealthily, we would want you doing combat. I'm not exactly the most subtle in combat." Gargoyle whipped his tail through the air, his brow furrowed. "I may be helping you on this mission, but you're the leader for this one. We'll take it how you want. So, what would you rather we do? Guns blazing or stealthy as can be, which I'll probably be human for the majority of the stealth, transforming if our cover is blown. Helps me go be at least a little bit more stealthy." Gargoyle nods at the end of that.

John took a moment, feeling his stomach left him about 5 minutes ago, just regathering his lunch and then going back into Gargoyle. He kept a bit quieter this time, not roaring, but there were still the squelches of his body contorting, ripping and shredding clothes, and finally silence again, his tail doing a few flicks to stretch out. "So, any ideas to what we're looking at, what kind of defenses outside of what we see right...?" Gargoyle takes a moment and actually looks around. "Dear god you weren't kidding, this place is exceedingly country, how does this place not stick out like a sore thumb?"

"It went pretty well, she seemed to have a very good time. She was a bit frustrated I had to leave early... prolly gonna get an earful for that later." John chuckled. He walked over to Tyson, smiling. "So, we're going to Oklahoma? Might be nice to see a bit of the country. You going to speed us there or are we arriving seperately in which case... might have to call off of school a day or two..."

Would it be possible Gargoyle to join the Auxilary Freedom League? Gargoyle probably would've been interested and tried to join at some point

"Hmm... I'm not much of a geology nut myself. Turn into rock, don't know much about it. Maybe we should keep her somewhere where her power can't help her and try to find out why she has needed all this stuff. Track this to the top, start from the bottom." Gargoyle shrugs. "I dunno, if you wanna do that, we can probably do something for it, you don't that's fine too. We probably need to study more or fight crime more anyway."

"And this is why I didn't just hit her out cold whilst she was in the air." Gargoyle says as he keeps his hold and floats down to the ground, holding her in front of him still. He lands and there is an audible whoomph as his wings flap one more time, then fold back behind him. "So what's the story, why have you been after this one for a week? Doesn't seem too special, just a cryomancer." He lays down the cryomancer and looks to Hyperactive. He takes a look towards the police and turns back. "We should probably also take care of these police men and make sure they get proper treatment... surely metal frozen to their hands is not comfortable."

Gargoyle roars at his quarry getting away and his wings flare as he launches himself through the air. He appears to do less flapping and more one extremely powerful flap and then making himself a missile in shape to increase his speed. As he approaches, he turns his body around, wings extending full to catch all the air they could and he smacks her with the tail... and the tail wraps around her midsection. He hovers in the air, bringing her close to her just growling before punching her in the face, sadly not taking into account the shorter distance his fist has and not doing quite enough of a punch.

Gargoyle Brain Freeze

I'd love to do something like this, Gargoyle is mostly just getting the snot beat out of him by bullies but I've thought of doing a small thing where maybe he gets to turn the tables at night or something. Hell maybe he's that example kid getting bullied in one of the first posts here, I dunno :3 But long story short, would love to do something like this

So Gargoyle will fly up then at max speed and... he actually will turn around and grapple her with his tail. And a 23 will absolutely hit her, then with the grapple result of 38 (I forgot to put 1d20+21 at the end, I figured we could just pretend it was there) Now she needs to make an opposed grapple check... best not lose this or she get hit by my fist c:< If she loses, I'm doing the damage effect on my grapple, so a DC 30

Are you saying I could catch her right now if I wanted?

Gargoyle revs up another punch and with another roar... completely whiffs his punch and his fist instead goes through the wall. He is right next to her though and turns and roars in her face, leaving his face in more of a scowl than it usually would be.

Gargoyle rushes forward, with surprising speed for something so massive, using his wings to augment his speed. As he charges forward, he slams his fist into her head. There is a boom, and she is sent sideways, somehow managing to stay on her feet. Gargoyle just looks at Hyper, "Hm, she looks a bit dazed from that one. Gonna be honest, was aiming for a one hit KO. Now's our chance to finish her off though." he growls out before going back into a combat stance. His wings flare out and his tail slams the ground, slightly agitated, and yet excited.

Gargoyle decides the time for talking is not now and is just stepping forward alongside Hyper, simply growling. He's isn't entirely sure how to use his body to be intimidating, but by god he is gonna try.
