The mercs do not do so well on initaive.

 

I will keep the same initiatives for us.

 

Round One:

 

22 Tsunami (bruised, 2 HP)

20 Glamazon (unharmed, 1 HP)

20 Beta Merc 1

17 Beta Merc 5

17 Beta Merc 6

11 Beta Merc 4

6 Beta Merc 2

 

Tsunami will go defensive again, Def Atk: -5 atk, +5 def.  She swims forward some, and takes 10 to blast one of them.  That merc goes down.

Round Three:

Okay, on to round three, with Tsunami moving on, Glamazon is up.  Also, I am replacing the hero point you just spent, as you are allowing the bad guys to delay you.

Merc 4 is deciding to run, making two movement actions to try to get away from Glamazon (though she can easily catch up with a single move action).

 

Tsunami meanwhile has run into the mini-sub that was on the way to pick up the ambush team, which shoots a torpedo at her.  She gets a 18 on her Reflex save, just enough to avoid the effect of the explosion (thanks to Evasion).

Round Four (sort of):

 

22 Tsunami (bruised, 2 HP)

20 Glamazon (unharmed, 1 HP)

11 Beta Merc 4

2 Manta 2

 

Tsunami will power attack the mini-sub she has run into (-2 atk/+2 dam), getting a 16 on her attack roll, which misses.

 

Glamazon is up, and she likely heard the explosion of the torpedo, and can easily follow after the fleeing merc if she wishes.

Round Five

 

22 Tsunami (bruised, 2 HP)

20 Glamazon (unharmed, 1 HP)

2 Manta 2 (injured)

 

Tsunami will repeat the Power Attack from last round (-2/+2).  Again, she just misses, but I will spend a hero point to reroll.  This time getting a 13, which is increased to 23 with the hero point, so she hits.

 

The sub gets a 20 on its tough save (vs DC 27), so it is damaged (ie injured).

 

Glamazon is up!

Once again the mini-sub fails its toughness save, but only taking another injury status.  (it would be dazed, but as it is a inanimate object, it cannot be dazed, but is knocked back/downward (or whatever other direction you were striking toward) about 25 feet or so).
