Sandman XI

This is the idea I have for The Quark Suit. Basically it'll suck in so much energy (from Mimic) that it'll need to change That's where I come in and tinker with it, giving it an AP. That's what I suggest, one device with Device APs.

Wesley nods in a greeting manner to both the angel and robot. "So, there are other people here," he questions the angel before the robot starts his chatter. He tries to listen to everything the boy says as he mentions the recent murders, but chuckles lightly as he goes off on a tangeant. With the final question from the robot, he grins and looks over at the angel, "Looks like it's twenty questions for you tonight, huh?"

"Yo, this here is R. Knight, an' I'm here to pimp yo demons!"

"Yo we heard you like like superheroes, so we put a female one in your fridge!"

Yeah, I expected that :P

Wesley starts walking down a well-lit path, as the news broadcast instructed looking for any sign of trouble or even non-trouble. He considers himself a stormcrow, wondering what he will tell people who haven't heard the grisly news. He shakes his head at the mental images. Still walking, but now more defensively, Wesley stops when he hears two voices. He looks around to see an angelic boy talking to a somewhat metallic boy behind a bench. He breathes a sigh of relief, silently thanking God for angels and robots. "Hey," he calls out, walking in a now non-threatening manner, "It's a little late for a stroll in the park, ain't it?"

Wesley reporting in I'm guessing he didnt get the second part of the report as he was listening to the radio, but if he does I can fix it.

Wesley flips through the car radio channels trying to find something that can catch his attention. Getting ready to turn the blasted thing off when he hears a news broadcast. The news always interested Wesley as he soaked in every bit of information he could. He listens in an almost reverence to the man's voice. Silently gawking at the brutality of the words "mutilated", "severely burned", and "acid". After hearing the police what he interprets as "the police aren't doing anything" he shakes his head. "Hanover, Promenade, Hanover, Promenade," he repeats as he reaches for a road map. Tracing his finger for the shortest route, he chuckles, "How convenient." He parks his car and gets out, surveying the Promenade.

I'm trying to simulate a sentient gadget. There are numbers for for the blind, but what of something with no olfactory or tactile senses?

Not really. What you're talking about would be the Power Loss drawback, not a device. A device means it can not only be taken away from you, but you have to keep it with you if you want to use it. You can't simply snap your fingers and have it jump into your hand, (or "suit up") and still call it a device.

My idea is to have like an undersuit that technomagically turns into power armor around what he is wearing. It can be taken away. That's why I thought Device.

Yeah it was a silly thought, that's why I erased the question The idea was to have the power armor glow if the Mimic power was active. Sounds more like a description than Noticable.

Mimic (all powers) is 4 points a rank.

Edit: Yeah, had a brain fart, sorry. Toughness is capped at your level, not level +5
