It is not. There is a county of PA called Delaware county, but that wasn't what she meant. Our biggest claims to fame are being the first state and the Dupont family, who make all sorts of chemical goods and are richer then god. Many of them are also completely out of their minds. Other then that we have a beach, thrive on tourism and you can drive from the top of the state to the bottom in 3 hours. 2 and a half if traffic is good.

1.)Did this change in UP? I don't have that book. Core says for two points per rank it's all ranged. EDIT: I think I see what confused you. That's not the ranged extra, that's Deflect ranged attacks. 2.) Never really thought about it. I suppose he just has to be that close for the Bass frequency to play havoc on peoples stomachs?

My real name is Joey, I live in the southern part of Delaware, but was raised in northern Delaware. Might as well be another country down here, but that's a post for a different time. I occasionally volunteer with 4-H, America's longest running youth club(by about 6 years). My specialties are archery and riflery. I love to dance, just not in public. For a period of close to two years I performed weekly with the Rocky Horror Picture Show, usually as Eddie. I'll post a picture.
