  3. From his position eating some shrimp, Gordy overhears the alien hero complimenting the singing. Figuring that to be as good a reason as any, he inserts himself into the conversation. "He is quite good isn't he? Maybe even better then me, but then, that's why he a prodigy. I'm High Note. A pleasure to meet you. No need to tell me your name of course. And this must be Lady Liberty." The teenage theater geek takes her hand and, in a manor best described as over the top, kisses it as though he were a member of the French aristocracy. "Enchanté"

  6. Gordy gives the young guitarist the thumbs up and launches into his next song, Oh Tannenbaum(things just sound better in there native tongue). Finishing up to the polite applause of an appreciative crowd made him feel all warm and fuzzy inside, even if that was an annoying and old cliche. For the final song of his three piece set, High Note decides on Jingle Bells, a good non denominational celebration of winter in general. "Thank you, thanks everyone. My name is High Note, I'll be performing old standards for you all night and some newer ones. On the guitar is the very talented Teke. We'll be taking a breather right now to get to know everyone, but we'll be back, and taking your requests. So let me just say Happy Holidays, and on with the party." Gordy puts the mic down, switching it off, and turns to Teke. "O Holy Night is all yours. I can't get through it without giggling like a school girl. Noting his musical contemporaries confused look, he adds an explanation. "Too much South Park. Cartmen tries to sing the song, but doesn't remember all the words. So every time he messes up in practice, Kyle shocks him with a cattle prod. It's very funny. But if you'll excuse me, I want to get some of that shrimp before they're gone."

  9. Cool. I edited my top post about the improved range.incurable for the dazzle. Seemed cleaner then posting it again. So I'm set to go with this one.

  12. Might I bother you to change High Note's sonic array to this: Sonic Control 6 (PF:AP-Blast 6 Accurate,Precise(PF:Accurate,Precise),AP-Deflect (All Ranged) 4,AP-Nauseate 6 (PF:Accurate) I meant to have always had my attack powers accurate, but didn't realize that Power Feats didn't automatically affect APs. 15. "Excellent. Show me to the stage." Gordy spots the a mic on a slightly raised pedestal and makes a beeline for it, his smile becoming wider, the smile of someone about to do something they love. He veritably leaps on stage and takes the mic, waiting for Teke to join him. He covers the mic with one hand and informs Teke of a slight adjustment to the song list. When they are both in position and ready he launches intointo a beautiful opening number of We Three Kings. This was going to be a good performance.

  18. 1. I know, I was trying to follow the official character sheet. That was my way of marking down all her ranks in dodge focus. I bought 8 ranks in defense though, so I figured that was the way to mark it. I can post with my usual sheet for defense if that helps. 2. I would have to assume so. I've always been a little unsure about if power feats apply to AP, but seeing as it wouldn't change the cost any, I'll say yes.

  21. Gordy had just finished running down his song list when he realized some one was approaching. Oh sweet mother, it's Captain Thunder. Ok, don't freak, he's just a person. Smile. Don't stare at him. "I'm, er, High Note. My mentor advised me not to tell people my real name, you know, just in case. I mean, I'm sure I can trust you but, well, you- Let me start over. Hi, I'm High Note. Nice to meet you. I'm a big fan. I'll be providing the entertainment tonight, along with my new friend here. Any requests?"
