"True enough..I used to work out in chicago with the mob, until they started gunning down whole families-killing other supers or whatever is one thing, but going after normal people who dont really have anything t do with the real conflict is stupid.." He sighed "Instead of gunning down an enemy-like normal, they killed her girlfriend and thier adopted son, after that I emptied my bank account and showed the mob how a real wars waged." He grinned at the thought "Im sure the chicago families will come after me, but not for a while.."

50 pts??...theses are the points 4 ranks/1 point-3+2=5+2+2=9+3=12 and while I know theres stats for underage persons, I think we're just using normal rules. the extra init was my fault, originally I had 12 dex but brought it to 10(overspent my points) and forgot to take out the extra point in init.

Ok, I brought his spatial control down to 8 and took out my speed extra, I think that gives me 18 pts in spatial control..
