Though glad she had found the goon, finding him using something to enhance himself was less than a comforting find. I really need to try to find where this stuff is coming from. She thought. Then the idea hit her. Maybe her plan to follow along would work better here. He might be moving so quickly that he is not really able to pay that close of attention to his surroundings, so unlike the van earlier, she might be able to follow him to wherever they were planning to take the boys.

Well, I once agian burn a hero point (my last one) to reroll my toughness save. As this was hero point, the result is a 26 (the 9 becoming a 19, with +7 added) How far away has the crowd cleared at this point?

Yeah, us speedsters are annoying that way But nothing is a given. Depending on how you want to do this, I likely need to make either a Search roll or a Notice check, and the bad guy could still do better on a stealth check.
