Thanks again dudes, but what I'm really asking is would any of these be sufficient to replace penetrating as the thing that busts through the Impervious?

Hmmm - this is all rather interesting. I will have to give it more thought in the morning when I'm more coherant. Thank-you muchly for taking the time out to put that option forward; it is appreciated. If one of the Refs have time, I would still like to know if there a way to make Impervious Toughness weak to something other than penetrating. No rush, but just so I can fine tune the character with all eyes open. Thanks all again.

Would these teams be player created, GM created or both? If there are GM created teams, would that mean that they were state sponsored? Could be an interesting dynamic with the other, more independant teams.
