Added a small blurb on personality.
Her parents:
Harold Anders: Mr. Anders lives in Ashton with his wife and is a architect in one of Freedom City's larger architectual firms. He is usually rather busy, and often travels out of town for projects. He tends to be somewhat protective of Sabrina, his only child, and still is not quite sure what to make of the fact that she has powers, even though he learned over a year ago when she was admitted to Claremont Academy.
Lisa Anders: Mrs. Anders is a legal secretary at a small law firm in Ashton (which allowed her to be home a at decent time when Sabrina was growing up). She was always the one at every game, swim meet or other event in Sabrina's life, so the two are very close. Now that Sabrina is off at college (even though it is still in Freedom City), she is feeling the house is emptier.

In Ultimate Powers, Growth was changed to 3 pp per rank.
She is a mutant and mainly learned to use her powers at Claremont Academy.
Her parents live in Ashton (I'll write them up soon) and her friends from HS are mostly off to colege, some staying in FC.
I'll write up the personality soon as well.

Real Name: Sabrina Anders
Identity: Secret
Occupation: College Student
Age: 18
Height: 5’7†(up to 10’)
Weight: 120 lbs (up to 1,500 lbs)
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Light Brown
Background: Sabrina Anders was a rather typical teenager during her high school years at Ashton High School. She had always been athletic, and during high school played on the girls’ soccer team and girls’ swim team, making her part of the “jock†crowd.
Towards the end of her Junior year, her powers began to develop, as she became stronger and tougher than she had been. Then she learned she could increase her height (further increasing her strength and toughness). Sabrina was a bit unsure what to make of these powers, and during the Summer before the start of her Senior year, she was found by Duncan Summers and invited to Claremont Academy.
Spending her Senior year at Claremont, she learned to control her powers and did some superheroing with some of her classmates as Amazon. After graduating, she got a partial scholarship at Freedom College to play on the girls’ soccer team, and is in her Freshman year there.
Personality: Sabrina is rather laid back most of the time, looking to enjoy herself and not worrying too much about what other people might think. When she is out on the soccer field however, she becomes much more focused and competative. The same is true when she is in costume as well.

Well, apparently it was not any harder in Denver
As a former Denver resident, I was kinda pulling for the Rockies (I was pretty surprised to hear they even made it! lol)

Megan just smiled slightly at Cory's response and attempts to play it cool. She considered teasing him a bit about the fact they were rooted in place, but decided against it for the moment. Soon the hero was out of the air and down onto the ground.
"I wonder if any other heroes will be here?" She said, deciding to shift the subject some and possibly get them back on their way.

Glad to see you all are discussing that, but I figured it was probably a good idea to bring it up, just in case :)

Another idea, which has possibly been discussed by the Refs, an NPC bank.
I basically see two types of NPCs, ones that are specifically tied to a character, and more general ones.
In Barnum's Halloween adventure, Raindancer's parents have been discribed, so the Ref can help in running them. That description (and perhaps Ref notes on anything that happens with the NPCs that might be important in the future) might be best put in Raindancer's character thread.
But more generall NPCs, like say a police officer some characters interact with, it might be good to have a general NPC thread for them, creating a "bank" of NPCs that can be generally used by Refs.
Now, clearly Refs will NPCs that they want to maintain more control over, those would just be left out of the "bank."
