  1. La Puma Negra "Carmen"

Prompted by a chance to escape campus for a little bit, Carmen had decided to join her fellow student Luke in staking out a long-abandoned Casino for what he believed to be suspicious activities. Not that she really cared for the stakeout, laying on her back wearing one of the school's letterman varsity jackets to keep her comfortably warm in the colder weather, and the matching color leotard that gave her a free range of movement that she desired. She'd look up from her resting position into the night sky, hands in her jacket pockets before looking over towards Luke.

"How long are we going to be out tonight. I have a track meet practice tomorrow," she says somewhat unapprovingly to her compatriot. The feline young woman honestly didn't care much for the practice as well, but she wouldn't say that, "Is this what you call a first? Esto es más aburrido de lo que pensaba. (This is more boring than I thought)"

  2. The fighting had turned into an all-out brawl on the street as teen heroes dared to challenge the robbers blow for blow. The wild catwoman continued her assault, moving quickly at an amazing pace, far outreaching that of any normal human's speed. She'd come in again using this quickness in her strikes, launching herself up with a jump to try and hit with a downward clawed strike. Her fighting style seemed to heavily rely upon this almost ambush like tactic as she attacked.

She didn't seem to be thinking much about her companions, unused to working as part of any sort of team if anything she seemed wrapped up in the heat of the fight, moving less like a trained fighter and more like a feral creature.

  3. Carmen out her hands to her hips, "No, I don't suppose it happens to everyone. If it did, I doubt I'd be here," she responds back towards James. Even walking on a little bit of melting snow barefoot, still cold to the touch, she didn't seem too phased until she seemed to realize that she had let her textbook up on the branch. The feline young woman seemed irritated by forgetting it, scrambling up the tree without barely a sweat, partially leaping up the relatively short distance before coming back down with it in her arms, an English textbook.

"Maybe my family was from Japan, though I wouldn't know. Don't think the doctor ever saw anything like that in blood tests, and I've never even been to Japan as well," nodding her head in a no.

  4. Puma dodged the kick, the fight getting intense as the woman in blue jumped back. Not wanting her to get away that easy, she quickly closed the distance with impressive land speed, like a blur almost as she sped forward with a fury in her eyes, "¡No te estás alejando de mí fácilmente! (You aren't getting away from me easy!)" she growled in her native tongue. The feline woman moved with impressive footwork, looking as if she was going to try and sweep the legs, only to come up with her claws out for an impressive uppercut.

"Take this!" she cries out at the apex of the strike.

  5. "No se (I don't know). Guess I've always been like this. I wasn't born like this, it just happened over time. Claws, the tail, all this," she says pointing down at herself in regard to the fur, "The doctor said it was just growing up... but well I don't think this is any normal case of growing pains."

She puts a hand to her hip, "Not many heroes back home, it's rather quiet back there."

  6. Carmen (La Puma Negra):

While Puma struck with a ferocity, her attack was easily absorbed by a block that did little damage if any, and for her own troubles as her compatriots followed suit, she was struck hard in the gut, grimacing from the strike. She growled like an animal in response, claws out as she tried to attack back the one that had hit her, "Grahh!!" she cried out, slashing out at her.

A catwoman, a dragonman, and a guy who could control paper. Carmen was thinking that maybe her own appearance wasn't that unusual as she had once thought as she slashed out.

  7. Carmen smiled when she heard them speak Spanish, partially feeling like she couldn't hide what she was saying and that she knows had someone that at least could understand her. She got up from her lounging position on the branch, stretching out somewhat before jumping without any sort of issue down from the branch and back down to the grass lawn below.

"I see what you mean. I never noticed I had a pattern," she says continuing the conversation in English again and turning towards the direction of Naomi. Carmen looked at her arms, not seeing anything. The feline young woman seemed a lot more comfortable now, looking to the rest of the students, "It's been rough."

  8. Puma Chased after them, moving on all fours with a blinding speed before leaping up in the air to kick at the closest one. She'd spin around, aiming to smack her boot straight into the woman in blue's head, "¡Esto es para arruinar mi abrigo! (This is for ruining my coat!)" she cries out, too angry to speak in English. Puma was seemingly more focused on the small things then the fact that they had been robbing a nearby bank. That was only one part of the small list of things she was now angry about.
