Still Dazed (gotta love stunlocking), so still no action.

Revenant 2

The other zombie will attempt to grapple The Stranger.

Grapple (attack) vs. The Stranger: 1d20+8 18

Miss again! I think the Three Stooges deal out more damage than these two. The Stranger's up.

Both Revenants are dazed, so no action for them this round!

The Stranger is up again.

Shooting the same one, then going to extra effort to hit him again. Spending a HP to counter the fatigue.

That is a hit, actually - Revenant 2's Toughness save: 1d20+8 18. Bruised and Dazed. (Also, messed up the labels on the Orokos roll - just ignore what they say and take the die result).

Revenant 1's Toughness save: 1d20+8-2 10

He's Stunned. These guys are getting used to never getting a chance to act.

Revenant 1's second Toughness save: 1d20+8-2 15

Bruised.

Okay, let's have some IC posts. Hopefully these guys are on their last legs.

All right Eloh, if you want to ask the city's resident spirits for information (a little soul-searching, as it were?), then go ahead and give me a Gather Information check. I'll let you know what you find out.

The Stranger has no Search, but he does have +15 Know/Arcane Lore and Skill Mastery. That's a roll of 25 to know anything about the magic that could be ascertained from the corpses, keeping in mind that the Stranger has no magic S-Senses.

Elohdon: Good roll. From what you can glean, the spirits have been somewhat stirred up lately by necromantic energies emanating from an apartment building in Southside. While ghosts don't typically bother with things like addresses, you think you manage to figure out a location based on their description.

I'm not sure how you picture Mr. Blue's ghost-communication working, so I'll leave it up to you to describe how he gets this info! Or, of course, you can just gloss over it if you'd prefer.

Raveled: Judging by a few telltale signs, the Stranger thinks that these corpses weren't actually animated through a spell, as would be used by a proper necromancer, but through the use of some sort of enchanted item or artifact. So whoever sent them may or may not be an actual practitioner.

So, multiple times Mr. Blue has dirrectly asked The Stranger questions, like how to contact him later after he collects information from the ghosts. Kinda need to be able to meet up later...

The Stranger can't find any identifiably magical items on the corpses - whatever was used to animate them, it isn't here. He does, however, find a matching mark in the center of each of their chests, resembling a brand. If you squint at it just so, it almost looks like a skull...
