That hits.  Though even flat footed that only gets a +1 on the Autofire.  Gladiator Guy's Tou Save: 1d20+12 30

Shield Gladiator.

Move Action: Create Some Distance between him and Foreshadow

Standard Action: Charging (-2 Def/+2 Atk) All Out (-2 Def/+2 Atk) Attack vs Foreshadow (DC27): 1d20+10 27

Foreshadow's Tou Save: 1d20+7 8 So...I'm going spend an HP to Reroll

Tou Save: 1d20+7 11 which becomes 21 so Dazed & Bruised

Knockback Damage (DC19): 1d20+6 20

Quick little adjustment note.  The DC Echo had to beat was 19 not 20 (I had them both as PL 10s not 8s for some reason must've used different sheets).

You're right!  My bad for not including that in the Chart.

 

Tou Save: 1d20+11 22  Let's see that'd be another Bruised and Dazed.
