sorry. I just made her say a sentence: it had the goal of putting IC the idea of the GM fiat/hero point, when you should hit but unexplicably don't.

If it's out of character for her to talk to Weaver, I'll edit right now. Again, I'm sorry, but I'm trying to write IC posts organically and I thought that line could fit. No intention whatsoever of puppetting.

Ok, in case you guys were a bit uncertain about what happens next:

the Feral thug is running away, and chasing him is certainly an option. The combat per se is over, unless Asad wants to do somke overkill on the goons in the van. Police is securing the bridge and arresting all the subdued criminals you left in your path.

I'd say we can abandon the Initiative order (again, only if Asad is done with the gunmen), so if you want to do a couple of social posts (remember that Talking is a free action, so the Thug won't get too far).

Otherwise ON with the chase!

Ok, here’s what I’m going to do: we’ll skip another 3 rounds of chasing this poor guy, to get to the real showdown. This is a GM fiat for creating a more interesting climax, so every hero gets an HP.

You can get to the scene from the direction you like most, most likely on the tail of the thug (100 or so feet behind him), or from somewhere else if your character wants to act stealthy or such. If that's the case, here's Madame's Notice check.

1d20+8 → [8,8] = (16) between the dim lights and the distance though, she has a -4, so 12 to beat with Stealth if you don't want to be seen on arrival.

The location of the Hanover Zoo in on the map at page 31, and it’s briefly described on page 51.

Also, Initiative.

Running Thug 1d20+3 → [17,3] = (20)

Madame Marvelous 1d20+7 → [7,7] = (14)

Weaver 1d20+3 → [5,3] = (8)

The Thug delays his actions until after Madame.

Madame Marvelous uses Distract [intimidate] on Asad

1d20+20 → [4,20] = (24) Bleah. GM Fiat, Improved re-roll for Madame, HP for Asad.

1d10+30 → [6,30] = (36). Ok, Asad can't top that (his best bonus is +11 from sense motive).

Asad is dazed for a round, taking no actions (and thus letting the thug free.)

the Thug rolls to get rid of the Dazzle (DC 17-1 = 16)

1d20+8 → [7,8] = (15), nope, still blinded. He can only hand the Device to Madame.

Ok, the Device is a Hard to Lose Plot Device, that gives to Madame Area Animal Control and, also, gives all the animals under her control the +Heroic Extra (so they are no longer subject to the minion rules). All the animals stats are at page 230 Core Rulebook

no, I notice now that I somehow messed up the sending of the OOC post. In the IC post I already acted and everything, but I have no idea what happended to the OOC post. I'll put it up as soon as recover all the rolls from invisible castle.

Well since she has neither skill, I'd say she lose her dodge bonus. If she's in her van though, she does have partial cover from attacks (full cover would mean she can't attack) and gets a bonus of +4 on her defense.

So power shifted stun attack by 3, 16, meh, I'll burn an HP for a reroll.

So, 21, well that hits someone, can't add the bonus ten even if it won't hit MM, DC 18 Fortitude Save against Stun for all the baddies it hits.

well, MM, is inside the zoo, so she's out of your 40-feet (8x5) area of effect.

The man-ape has a Def of +10, so a 21 will hit but will grant no auto-fire bonus.

I thought it was clear from the IC post, but the cage where Madame is surrounded by controlled bears is about 70 feet away from Asad and behind a wall (total cover from outisde the zoo). Weaver is already inside the zoo, flying.

The man-ape is about 20 feet away from Asad in open ground.
