cosmicarus
Hurry! Hurrieeeeee! Ver-Man runs into the back of the truck hoping to find some stashed... well... something in there - something shiny! His mind is frantic, an emotion expressed through the skittering nature of his expression and the constant glottal eruptions from his throat. Link to comment
zero21
Tiring of being used as target practice, Pincers retreated behind the rear of the armored car, where he had first emerged..."cccome onnnn!" he rasped at ver-man, who was currently digging through the contents of the truck. Barnum
The back of the truck was filled with boxes of various kinds. Most of them looked like they had been there for a while, window dressing to disguise the truck's true purpose perhaps . . . or perhaps the truck was just stolen. The boxes lined side and back walls of the truck, creating an open space in the rear center. Ver-man jumped into that open space, and landed on several--four to be exact--large, lumpy bags. As his rodent feet collided with the bags, one of them came open, spilling out the contents. Wads of wrapped cash, mostly small bills. By the time that Pincers broke through to the sewer system blow the street, the voices from inside the warehouse were getting louder. More men with guns were about to come pouring out of that doorway. Link to comment

cosmicarus
Ver-Man couldn't contain his excitement. Nicely nicelys! In his frenzied state he wasn't even sure what these little strip of paper meant but, by the sewers, they were magnificent! Something about seeing so many of them together, bundled so carefully, it just... it just... Ver-Man screeched with exhultation before doing his best to compose himself. Got to get the nicelys out! He smiled as best he could before grabbing the first sack and attempting to throw it out the back doors of the truck. Link to comment

Barnum
The giant rat had no trouble tossing the huge bag of money out onto the street. After a moment, the crab joined him at the back of the truck, still covered in dirt and asphalt from his freshly dug hole. From where the two villains were standing they could no longer see the entrance to the warehouse, but they could still hear. And at his moment that was very noticeable. The angry, excited voices that had been coming inside the warehouse had gone silent, and a strange quiet had fallen over the street. Link to comment

cosmicarus
Ver-Man paused for half a moment, taking stock of the silence surrounding him. He didn't let it get to him though, preferring instead to throw the next bag of treasure out onto the street. The only thing Ver-Man couldn't bear right now was having seen all of these lovely, lovely paper scraps and then losing them. His heart pounds as he gurgles a rough version of a long forgotten song while he works. He smiles at Pincer while he works - goodly, goodly pinch-man! In his mind, he was already rolling around in these green lovelies back in his den. Link to comment

Barnum
As soon as Pincers returned from his hole to the back of the truck for another load of money . . . BLAM, BLAM, BLAM! Two more thugs were standing in the doorway, rifles in hand, shooting at Pincers. Most of the hail of bullets pelted the side of the armored truck, but a few made it through and struck pincers in his shell. Link to comment
