Yeah, that's a power stunt (and a cool one at that). Make a Power Check to counter the teleport effect. Raindance and Emissary, make a final post to end the combat before we move on. Link to comment

(1d20 4=13) vs. Power Check (for Teleport) (1d20 7=15) That's a failure. If you want to HP a reroll, go ahead. The DC is 15 ( which you just about can't miss on a HP reroll). Link to comment
