OK...this is something I am considering, opinions and thoughts appreciated: Darkness Control w/EXTRA: Tether In this case, Tether allows character to create a field of darkness that moves WITH him as a free action instead of a standard action to move it. This would change the cost of Darkness Control from 2/rank to 3/rank.

He could create simple solid geometric shapes, such as cubes and spheres, blast opponents with the energy, and open portals to and from the dimension. By riding disks of Darkforce, Blackout could fly. Dorky looking to the extreme. Like the silent shadow he was, Shadowjak made his way down the hall...sure in his craft and his abilities that he was unseen...unheard. Coming up to the door, Anton stops and examines it carefully, without touching it. Many of today's alarms and security systems took super powers into consideration. With that thought, Anton made sure that before he went any further that the door was not outfitted with such security... Meanwhile, across town... The room is darkened...only the glow from monitors light the gloom. Figures huddled over the monitors watch and listen intensely.The hush is broken by quiet whispers... Suddenly, "Sir...there is an alarm triggered at Delphic Industries...Rooftop security has been breached. Response?" Flashing signal upon security grid The Standing figure turns and makes his way to a special bank of phones...dedicated phones...secure phones. Reaching his hand down to one of the phones... "Sir...same sight. Cascading security failures...then rebooting back up."

Once the car stops, Tony slows up for instructions from the younger man. Nodding his head in agreement, he can't help but notice that James is mirroring the nervousness that Tony feels. While is slightly reassuring, it is also sobering. While this may be a comic book world...it had a real world finality in the fact that it was actuallty happening. "James, stay close then....if I have to "Blackout" as you say, you will need to hold my hand for me to get you through it," Tony states as he pulls his hood up. Heroes and Villains alike use masks, the hood on his hoodie now becoming Tony's acceptance of the fact that in acting now...as they were...they would go from being bystanders in the great game of life to possible heroes.

"Yeah...maybe you are right. I certainly hope you are...So, ASTRO labs...What do we do when we get there? Do you have any Idea? I mean....do we just go in and say Hi...I just came overe here from another dimension and I was wondering if you have a directions on which way my home is?"Tony says with a wry smile upon his face...the absurdness of the question itself lightening the mood.

"Don't worry, I am not planning on throwing a pall of darkness around anything while you are driving."Tony sets there for a few moment as the car starts down the road, lost in his thoughts. "I think....I think I got a handle on it. I was thinking, in the resturant, that I when I cast the darkness, I was wishing that no one could see us...that we were hidden from veiw. That was when it went dark....so, I will avoid those thoughts for now," Tony pauses, " At least I hope it is that easy" Once again, pregnant silence inhabits the car as Tony sits there, "James....you said Shattenwelt. You think that I may have gotten this ability form the Shattenwelt. That scares me...alot." Tony shudders for a moment, "I mean look at Nacht-Kreiger...HE gained his powers from there, and it made hims insane." Looking away from James, Tony stares out the window for a moment, with a whisper he continues, "I don't want to go insane James...I don't..."

Man...that is the coolest name for a duplicator I have ever heard. It would be a crime to deprive you of that for a hero name. However, that opens another name concept, The Tangents( offshoots)....what about that? The Uncalled Four? PUNishing....very punishing. BUt very good also :lol:
