THe Taking 20 Gather Information, Catalysts amateur but dedicated efforts to make inquiries does not reveal a lot more, but: At least ten, and quite possibly more, homeless people have gone missing there, and the hobo's are even drifting away from the area out of fear. Is it a vigilante trying to clear the streets of the scum? nobody knows quite what has happened for sure - two missing person reports have been filed to the police, but they havent got anything to go on, they dont even know if or who went missing. The word is the victims all get "lost" at night, but other than that she doesn't know much. Link to comment

Enough to kill the average human (especially if their immune system were depressed or they where malnourished). There is something else: it would also act as a powerful biological stimulant... so it would both kill an organism technically (and quickly) but powerfully stimulate its growth afterwards. She can also detect some hypnotic and painkiller pharmaceuticals in the concoction, but these are of lesser importance. Link to comment
