Whiplash ensnares a drug dealer:

Attack roll to ensnare drug taker. Drug taker given defense of 8 and caught by surprise. (1d20+14=31)

Whiplash intimidates a couple of drug-buyers for information:

Intimidate check, +2 for intimidating circumstances (1d20+2=15)

Will save to oppose Intimidate check (1d20=14)

Will save to oppose Intimidate check (1d20=10)

Whiplash attacks Goon 2 with her stun gun:

Attack roll to hit goon 2, using Power Attack (1d20+7=17)

Fort save against stun effect, DC=22 (1d20+3=21)

Goon 2 tried to retaliate with ranged attack:

Ranged attack to hit Whiplash, DC=22 (1d20+8=14)

Goon boss tries to stab Whiplash with a knife:

Attack on Whiplash, DC=22 (1d20+7=22)

Total concealment miss chance, DC=10 (1d20=7)

If you like. I'm not sure what else we can do with this storyline. The thugs could come after Pyre and Whiplash maybe? They'd probably target Pyre since he'd be fairly simple to track down, but then, he is rather a lot more terrifying than Whiplash.

Perhaps. I am curious though. This seems deeper than a simple drug dealer. Maybe it runs deeper?
