I'm thinking no. The character I'm making has nature spirit powers. It's magic not science. No shift in polar axises, just him asking the moon to go get the sun or vice versa.

So what's the effect you're trying to build here, just Environmental Control? Talking about the sun moving is pretty extreme, but not outside the bounds of possibility.
