Dr Archeville Posted September 20, 2010 Share Posted September 20, 2010 The fifth line of the Newbie Guide answers that: This is a forum-based role-playing game using the Mutants & Masterminds 2nd Edition rules and the Freedom City campaign setting, both from Green Ronin Publishing. Besides, 3E isn't even out yet (not as its own thing), so we're nowhere close to considering whether or not we'd change. (Though we did adapt/assimilate/steal some 3E stuff for our House Rules.)
