I like this character build a lot. My only question . . .

Regarding Telepathy 1 (10 feet; Extras: Linked Comprehend 1 [anyone can understand you]) . . . when you say "anyone can understand you" that sounds like the 3 rank version: "For two ranks you can both speak and understand all languages. For an additional rank anyone able to hear you can understand what you are saying, regardless of language."

At rank 1 you can understand any language and you can speak any language, one at a time. Is that what you mean?

If so, your build is good to go. Also, if you could give us some more details about what he is doing now that he is aware of his heritage (e.g. Is he a member of the Freedom League?), it would make it a lot easier for those of us who are trying to design scenarios for approved characters. :D

Sorry I edited that to make it clearer. It was a cut n paste goof. I see him as a very new hero. These will be his first adventures.

He is a young guy, and he would probably be interested in forming/joining a complimentary team to the League instead of joining the League himself (esp. since Psuedo already had his "schtick" covered...and better at it to boot.)

I see the Grue Unity being very interested in him if they discover his existance.

His current daily activities. Being a student at Freedom University would be perfect. :D

I spotted a hole in my build.

Since Morph is sustained he would revert to his "Normal" form when he sleeps. If that normal form is human looking he cant go around like a big red grue when going dense or intangible.

If it is a big red grue for his default form he couldn't go to sleep in front of people stay in dowm rooms etc.
