Placement Tests -- Ignis (OOC)

STAGE ONE

This stage will test Ignis' ability to use his Hellfirecontrol. You have three attempts to hit the various DCs of each target. Additionally, each part will test a different aspect of his hellfire ability. You may use Extra Effort at any time. Condition from the use will remain for as long as the stage, however, you be at full strength come the next stage. You may use a HP at any time but once used, you will no longer have it for the rest of the thread.

Part 1 -- Normal setting A: Def 20, B: Def 25, C: Def 30

Part 2 -- Explosion setting A: Ref +6, range 0 B: Ref +6, range 20ft, C: Ref +6, range 50ft

Part 3 -- Cloud setting A: Ref +6, B: Ref +8, C: Ref +10

Part 4 -- Mixed crowd [requires Selective PF for success] A: Ref +6, B: Ref +8, C: Ref +10

Okay, the first three...

1d20+13=16, 1d20+13=16, 1d20+13=33

Miss, miss and hit. Now the Explosions...

1d20+10=22

1d20+8=20

1d20+5=6

Don't know if those hit or not, since I think you roll reflex for them, not me. Now the Cloud...

1d20+8=11, 1d20+8=22, 1d20+8=15

As for the last four, he's gonna flail helplessly at them. I'll wait for the Reflex saves from the latter targets before making a post, unless you want me to go ahead and post for the first three targets.

Okay, the first three...

1d20+13=16, 1d20+13=16, 1d20+13=33

Miss, miss and hit.

You get to rool three times per target. So that's 3 attempts to hit person A, 3 attemtps to hit person B, 3 attempts to hit person C.

Now the Explosions...

1d20+10=22

1d20+8=20

1d20+5=6

Don't know if those hit or not, since I think you roll reflex for them, not me.

Unless you made your explosion power, targeted, only the person's reflex save gets roll. As you haven'T listed if it was targeted or not, I assume that it isn't.

For this thread, you make all the rolls. I will give you the person's bonuses only. Again, you get 3 attempts at each target.

Now the Cloud...

The same as the explosions goes here as well. You get to write up the post anywya that you wish as well. REmeber you get three attempts per target.

Okay, the first three...

Target 1

1d20+13=16, 1d20+13=16, 1d20+13=33

Target 2

1d20 13=33, 1d20 13=32, 1d20 13=18

Target 3

1d20+13=28, 1d20+13=24, 1d20+13=23

Explosion. Which is targeted.

Target 1

1d20+10=30, 1d20+10=27, 1d20+10=23

Target 2

1d20+8=27, 1d20+8=26, 1d20+8=19

Target 3

1d20 5=12, 1d20 5=21, 1d20 5=10

Clouds now...

Target 1

1d20+8=11, 1d20+8=22, 1d20+8=15

Target 2

1d20 8=12, 1d20 8=10, 1d20 8=22

Target 3

1d20 8=16, 1d20 8=12, 1d20 8=23

And the last four get skipped, because Ignis flails at them more than anything. Now, I'll do the targets...

B - 1d20 8=23, 1d20 8=24, 1d20 8=22 - Miss? Last ones are equal.

C - 1d20 10=20, 1d20 10=30, 1d20 10=16 - Hit 3rd

Part 4 -- Mixed crowd [requires Selective PF for success] A: Ref +6, B: Ref +8, C: Ref +10

All Miss.

And again, just want to check that's fine before I drop the post ^^;; Better safe than sorry.

Looks good, but I didn'T see that your explosion setting was targeted. You never mentioned that on the character sheet so that is something that needs to be editted in. Put up a request to have it added on in the Edit thread.

Otherwise, it looks good. Post up the results in the main thread.

STAGE TWO

This stage will test Ignis' ability to teleport. Using your power rank in Teleport, Ignis will need to navigate a timed obstacle course. Roll his power rank versus the 3 DCs of the parts. The three DCs represent course changes. Again, you get to make three attempts to beat a part, which for this instance means the complete course. Succeeding on all three DCs means you beat the time limit. You may use Extra effort or a HP at any time.

Part 1 -- Average course [DC 10, DC 13, DC 16]

Part 2 -- Tough course [DC 15, DC 18, DC 21]

Part 3 -- Challenging course [DC 20, DC 23, DC 26]

Part 4 -- Formidable course [DC 25, DC 28, DC 31]
