  1. The shadows were around. "Good" thought Lullaby as she walked in her shabby clothes, with her Dancing Dress concealed in her bag. She looked upset, being pretty good at covering her emotions after a week of utmost hell at "Freedom City."

She laughed at how blind the person who named the city was. There was no freedom here. She thought of all the abuse she had taken, and then dismissed it. Tonight, she was going to sing for proper people, those who actually cared about a girl in distress.

"Something troubles you?" asked her Dancing Dress. Lullaby ignored the comment as she walked on, turning onto the drive.

"I know you're upset, mistress" The Dress admitted, and Lullaby could feel the chill air impacting against her skin in certain places, like a hand touching her face gentily.

"Don't try to deny it, you usually get this moody when you're upset" the Dress giggled. The wind-hand, how else could Lullaby describe it, changed its position to massage her neck, and rub her cheeks.

"I need you happy dear, because I really like you! The other girl, the one whom trained you. She's nice, but she doesn't want to risk her life for my cause. Do not forget that you want this as well" The Dress added. Lullaby sighed in defeat.

"You're right, I need you as much as you need me" she admitted, her voice whispering as she approached the front gate.

She still marvelled at the architecture, it was a wonder of a building, and she knew she would be performing. She smiled as she watched other, well dressed people attend. She contemplated into changing into her Dress now, but knew that it wouldn't be an idea to get it dirty. Although her Dress did effectively take over, Lullaby knew from painful experiences that it didn't know how to properly walk on stiletto heels, only capable of taking steps at a time. She approached the main gate and handed any guards her invite, before proceeding to a dark corner outside, in private.

  2. I swear arch, first your a super scientist, then an english major, then a home IT guy, now somebody who compares and defines bleeping noises!

If you do become a Green peace support, I will lose it...

    *I Hate Greenpeace*

  3. Hopefully, now that Archville has Approved, Lullaby might go.

But seriously does any other GM check the characters thread? I doubt it takes a lot of effort to right "approved."

    No offence, of course...

  4. Oh yes, are Fighters actually fun to play now?

I mean, Rangers, Paladins and Barbarians, plus the odd bard, Druid and cleric can fight in combat but have other entertaining abilities. Fighters only get bonus feats, which is slightly boring.

  5. Dryad hmphed at Archville as she clutched her hips.

"Well, i'm sorry If i have been a plant demon intent on mass carnage with no prisoners. Maybe that explains why I can't speak to people nicely!" Dryad hissed. She looked at the guards with distrust.

"They can only do so much, besides, your the only person who thinks i can be of any good. Let me escort you, I am more combat capable than any of these three" Dryad hissed. She tapped her oaken feet.

  6. Jane smiled at this new outbreak, she stepped a step forward. She was wary of the guns, but her skin was thicker than normal bark, so she thought she could take a bullet.

"I'm guessing you wouldn't want help from a villain like me? I mean, what purpose could I serve aside a distraction?" Jane asked. A thorn burst out from her right hand, but she gently threw it to the guards, making sure she clearly meant no harm. She could withstand a bullet, but not many.

"You want my help, you'll give me my thorn back" Jane said, smiling.

  7. I personally don't like Shapeshift, as it solves too many problems. You want to muscle your way past? easy, bear form. You want to sneak by an enemy? easy, spider form. You want to fly? Easy, bird form.

In addition, it's cost allows some incredibaly nasty Alternate powers. Something like Blast 10 Area: Burst 15ft.

  8. Agreed, i have those frustrating moments.

I currently have Firewarrior rented to a mate, and I can't seem to get it back.

Nevermind, I still have his DnD 3.5 ed Players handbook and Dungeon masters guide, each roughly £25 where as the games worth £15 nowadays, I win. :D

  9. Morph is a cosmetic change only. Say you morphed into a human, you'd still have all of your deadly abilities, two claws and other stuff.

You can really sum it up this way. If a battle axe was morphed into a Dagger, it is still a battle axe.

Shapechange is where you gain the full set of traits. Admittedly, it confuses me a lot. Shape change, In my opinion, is useful for multiple forms. For a single human alter ego, I'd go Alternate Form Linked with Morph. There you can save the points that shape change costs (8pp per rank? Thats possibly the most expensive basic power in the MnM 2nd ed book! It might even be more expensive!)

Oh yes, in addition to the recommended powers, might I add Super sense: Infra red and Dark? Also, make your smelling better and possibly extended. Additional Limbs 2 as well.

Yes, I am a 40K addict, but hey, Boltguns, S&M space aged elves and daemons who wear no clothing, its all there. :D

  10. *cough cough* Tyranid Lictor *cough cough* :D

I haven't seen one like that, although this person sounds a bit too solo.

Intimidation is definately a skill you want to max out, might I recommend you invest in Charisma as well? Not massivly, but a boost will help.

A high ranking in fearsome presence, pretty obviously. Sneak attack is also neccessary.

Conceal from all visual senses with the Blending flaw will serve you well here. With the obvious leaping, and strike powers (split attack is recommended for two claws).

The intelligence thing is something you have to decide.
