Power Level: 7 (91 PPs)

Characters Name: Watcher
Alternate Identity: Michael Orson
Height: 5' 9''
Weight: 141
Hair: Black

History: Michael always had GREAT eyes. He aced every vision test in school, flawlessly reading the bottom line. His vision didn't even stop after a wall. In school, everyone though he was a genius because he got straight As, but he was really reading other people's papers from across the room. When a superhero (The Uncommon Cold) came in to his class one day to talk about safety, the entire class wanted him to show off his powers. A student filled up a glass of water, and The Uncommon Cold froze it. It didn't look that hard to do to Michael. He saw the exact way that he had frozen it. He decided to try it himself. When the class demanded an encore, before the superhero could freeze the second glass, Michael tried it himself. It worked.

A few fixes to account for the unused PP. I'm just going to post the entire new sheet. Changes are in green.
Players Name: Uninverted
Power Level: 11
Characters Name: Maelstrom
Alternate Identity: John Stratos
Height: 6' 4''
Weight: 121
Hair: Gray
Eyes: Green
Description: He has a tall and insubstantial build. His hair is the color of storm clouds. He's got untrustworthy green eyes. Moves with an uncanny fluidity, and is rarely in the same spot for long.
History: John Stratos worked as a researcher for a large pharmaceutical company. When they moved offices, he was the only one entrusted to ride in the truck that carried unstable experimental chemicals. When they were on the side of a mountain road, a deer walked in front of the truck. The driver accidentally swerved of of the mountain, and John instinctively ran to the back to make sure that the chemicals were alright; they might still live if nothing broke open and poisoned them. But the truck flipped over unexpectedly and he hit his head on the ceiling/floor.
When he woke up, he was on the ground, mostly uninjured. He saw most of the jars containing the chemicals either broken open or or completely smashed. To his horror, he saw a blue liquid he didn't recognize all over him. He heard a sound behind him, and turned. It was a deer, maybe the same one as before. He felt a blinding anger at the thing for practically killing him, and before he knew what had happened, the deer was blown away by fierce winds. John saw that he had caused this, and also saw the potential for profit.

((Attack: http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1438440))
Maelstrom was getting tired of this. The novelty of fighting something scary and unknown was wearing off. He sent a sharp wind towards his opponent, only to blast apart a garden gnome in someone's yard.

When it comes to Seth's guitar playing, he'll take 10.
His result with the masterwork Guitar, is a 31. Always a Master Performance.
When it comes to singing, He'll also take 10. Granting him a 26, a Memorable Performance.
Don't have the cash for Masterwork Lungs?

Jack stood on a nearby building, debating with himself over which of a few extravagant ways to enter. Eventually he picked a relatively minimalist option. He slashed a hole in the space part of the space-time continuum, and walked through. He willed the portal closed, waved, and gave his best superhero smile. The crowd stopped chattering for a moment, a few clapped half-heartedly, and then the drone of lots of simultaneous voices resumed. Frowning slightly, he followed Mr. Lightning inside.

As long as he is currently a public hero that is well known enough to get an invite . . . then sure, jump in.
It would probably be something like "What the heck, invite him too, it's a party!", but he's probably (in)famous enough to get an invite.
