Alright, I lowered Mimic's raank and took Rapid off of Super-vision to deal with the overspend, and I shifted some points around and got a few ranks of Throwing Mastery (really really good aim) for a bit of offense, just in case.

Maelstrom managed to evade his opponent's pseudo-attack, by discorporating just a bit. He sent one more feeble attempt at holding his opponent back, but it barely reached him.

Meanwhile, out of nowhere, someone else was trying to join the fight. "Now it's a party!" He said, hoping that he'd get a chance to somehow subdue his other enemy before dealing with a new one.

Maelstrom saw his opponent coming towards him, and he knew that him getting there would be bad. He moved the air around his opponent, trying to constrict him and hold him back.

Maelstrom almost smiled. He did have some pretty good momentary luck: out of nowhere, a superhero showed up a a very convenient spot to be attacked. Maelstrom flew up off of the boat, and directed the air under it to rise violently upward. He slightly regretted giving up a boat that could be worth a lot fenced later, but there wasn't really anything else to attack with up here. Either way, it was pretty awesome to throw a boat at your opponent.
