I notice that your character focus on supporting other characters so it may be a quit challenge for him because Death Eye have advantage in darkness thank to his darkvision sense. But I think that Hub need some little helps of other character. But I think that I waited with that Death Eye tried to shoot somebody until the hero arrived.

I wondering if I should try to change different type of targets because a gang leader don't seem to worth saving by other heroes.

He recently got hired by the mafia for a assassination of gang leader who have messed with them. Death Eye don't care about it so long he don't kill a women or kids. He have putting his sniper rifle inside his briefcase. He arrived just outside the bar where the leader and his gang are hanging out. Death Eye sneaking inside the dark alley so that most people can't see him in the darkness. Thank to his cybernetic eye, he can see through the darkness and he can clearly opening his briefcase to reveal his sniper rifle. He throwing away his trenchcoat and his hat before he started to putting his sniper rifle together. After have putting them together, he reloading it with powerful bullets that have a name of his target. He is standing on his knee while he is readies with his sniper rifle. Now he only need to wait for his target to came out from the bar.

Ok I have fixed the X-Ray that it don't work on concrete and his int is now corrected to +6. For defense it is actually cost 12 pp because it got a extra defense points from the Dodge Focus feat.

HISTORY: Jason was a sergeant soldier in USA army and he was a skilled sniper in his platoon but his captain hated him because they don't share same war philosophy. In 2002 he was send in to Afghanistan to fighting against the Al-Qaeda. He and his squad was send in to scouting after the enemies but sadly they was ambushed by group of Al-Qaeda. Most of his squad was killed and he tried to call in reinforcement but reinforcement never came because his captain have fixed it so that Jason never get reinforcement because his captain want him to die.
