    Right now, Death Eye only make warning shot for Kevin and I think that I don't need any special rolls for it.

    Death Eye looked at his target who fall down and start to bleed. He is not fulled sure that his target is fulled dead and also the young man may try to call in the ambulance. So he quickly reload his sniper rifle and shooting near Kevin's feet as warning for not getting close to his target without hitting him yet.

    Let see... I got 15 with his sniper rifle and now it is question if he hit his target or not. Sniper attack (1d20+11=15)

    Death Eye suddenly notice his target who just knocking back the young man. He started aim carefully at his target and he like to avoid the miss or else his target may flee. He is fulled focus at his target and he never let go of his sight at him like as true sniper.

    I can say that Death Eye don't hesitant to shoot at his target even he is surround by peoples. I'm unsure that if you need to make initiative rolls even it is a sneak attack but I did it anyway. Initiative rolls (1d20+6=11) Right now he will just take Aim action where he get +4 to hit (He have Improved Aim feat) in next round.

He looked carefully at the bar where his target is properly hanging out and he only need to wait until his target came out then he can kill him with his sniper rifle that have a bullet with his target's name.
