Well, in the interests of kicking things off, villains-wise, Nanowire'll take up residence on the abandoned oil derrick. If any bad 'lil boys or girls would like to join him, he'll be busy making himself at home amongst the unused machinery.

EDIT: Er, just to be clear, which board am I posting on if I want to do that? The sewers and subways one, or the waterways one? The waterways seems more likely.

Answer: no. Wings are covered as a special effect of flight. If you can get away with it, you could add in a one point Drawback that says your flight is restrainable, but I don't know if that'll fly. (oh man, bad pun...) Other things you can add include being unable to use it underwater, you can only fly forward, etc. All of those are example drawbacks in the Ultimate Power book.

For the altered appearance, just take the Attractive feat as a power in your Alternate Form. No need to go with Morph.

In Ljubljana we get overcast and rain for days, then the sun breaks out from behind the clouds and rewards us with a pitch perfect blue sky. On those sunny days I finally get to enjoy the trees and their brilliantly coloured leaves.

Anyway, I think I'll leave that bugger in reserve for now so I'll have something to build on when Nanowire gets more. Where did my math not add up?
