  1. If you are interested in being a Referee here, I have a list of requirements. You need to know the 2nd Edition rules inside out! You need to be able to handle disputes in a timely, and well-mannered fashion. You need to be able to NPC characters that aren't Heroes or Villains, such as civilians, police officers, judges, animals, etc. If you can do that, please volunteer! There will be a reward for being a good Referee, most likely some kind of Power Point reward that can be spent on any characters you may have on the forum. These will be dished out based on how much you do and how well you do it, at the Moderators' discretion. You can reply here if you wish to volunteer.

  6. I would like to have a specific character sheet that everybody will follow when submitting characters. Do you know of something that would work for this, Beard? I can look over at GG to see what the M&M games are using.

  11. That's great, Beard. I'll get a character build forum up, so that people can start putting out their ideas.

  16. I want to make this basically a game where you can play as either a hero or villain. Here's an example. I plan on having a forum for each section of Freedom City. Let's say there's a Downtown Forum, and a thread for the First National Bank. There will be a referee for that particular forum. If a player who has a villain wants to rob the bank at high noon, then he can attempt that, but if another player has a hero character, he can attempt to stop him. The referee will maintain the integrity of the action, and will play any NPC characters that may be in the scene. There can be several rewards for these actions if either character succeeds, including Power Points. My first specific idea is to have a group of moderators called referees who approve all character builds, both heroes and villains. If anyone is interested in doing this, please let me know.
